Love this gym
I’m new to kickboxing and just love it. I feel more alert and energetic than I have in years. And all of the people, staff and instructors are so nice and so caring. And they make the exercises a joy. I highly recommend!SingerCyn
App easy to use
Been a member for years and just got the app to be able to reserve classes post-covid19 shutdown. It’s a great workout, the trainers are super nice, and all classes have friendly members in various stages of experience levels.c.a. cat
Awesome Workout
This gym has changed my life! It’s an amazing all over body workout, you’ve got cardio and some weight training thrown in, as you’re doing so much work with the heavy bag.. hard not to sculpt those guns!
Every teacher brings something different to class so you’re never bored. This is my happy place!
The app is great because it will add a class right to your calendar, and tells you who is teaching which class. The only thing I wish it did was sync with my iwatch as it looks like it does pair with some other devices.Show lessFrames??
Amazing
I love CKO.. it’s the best thing I’ve done for myself in a long time! Releasing all of my stress and tension on the bags feels great! The workout is so great you get a full body workout and feel amazing when class is over!! There are great instructors it truly is amazing. The app is cool because you can book classes and track your progress and even book a class by the instructor that you want!!! Definitely loving the app and class!!Show lessNikki82892
Can’t use it
Doesn’t let me log in at all. I’ve changed my password countless times. I love being a CKO member but I wish there was an easy app to use so I can see the class schedule online every week :(Amandaleigh94
