  • Push notification to sign in to the app

    Whenever I try to login to the app, it says I need to accept the push notification ... IN THE APP ... which I cannot login to without accepting the push notification that I can only receive if I’m already signed in but I can’t sign in because I can’t receive the push notification IN THE APP I’M TRYING TO SIGN IN TO.

    I LOATHE Zoho and this app for this single reason, and would NEVER recommend it to anyone. I have to deal with this because my company uses Zoho, otherwise I’d never go anywhere near this OneAuth app or any Zoho services for the rest of my life.

  • Way too many steps to get into my email on my PC

    This app is complete crap. Reinstalled it 5 times 4 emails with support finally got it to work for 10 days. What junk!

  • Works well for one account

    I work with multiple orgs that use Zoho and I have multiple Zoho IDs. It would be nice if this supported multiple Zoho IDs just like Zoho Mail has implemented multiple ID support.
  • Delay

    It takes too much of delay to get notifications ...
  • They are so secure you can’t use your iPad or iPhone

    Zoho upgraded their software. Now my Zoho apps on my phone and iPad are not useable. The computer works still.

    I have spent two weeks trying to get it to work but I got this person named Barath on the other end and they give instructions that do not work. They explain things poorly. They use their in-house vernacular on me.

    If you are a high functioning programmer, maybe you will find them useful.

    For an ordinary person trying to run a business, they are a poor poor choice in terms of the product itself. And if you find yourself needing to rely upon their customer support, prepare to spend more than two weeks in hell.

    Best I’ve found. Always improving. Zero mistakes. Thank you and kudos Zoho.
  • Locks me out of my account often

    I work on my side project on evening and weekends. Often I get locked out and the weekends only have mail support so my ability to work on my business depends on waiting for them to get to my email.

  • Facial ID

    I just logged in using the facial recognition, it verified me before I even got my face to the camera. Not entirely sure I trust this.
