Awkward App - Needs rewrite
This is a horrible app. It still hasn’t been updated for the larger screens of the latest models and even some older ones. This alone is unacceptable.
Formatting in some books seems a bit off. There are basic features other app readers have like looking up translations that aren’t found here. That’s especially annoying since they sell language apps.
Update and fix the app or let us use other E-reader software for our purchases.

No support received
I asked for the accompaniment audio for the e-book I bought from iTunes/iBook and received no support.
App won’t open book anymore - Keeps saying “Coming Soon”!?!
I’m on iOS 13.3 on an iPhone 8 and I can no longer access the books in my library. When I click on them, I just get a message pop up from the top (all caps on a black background) saying COMING SOON. What the heck folks? Fix this please!! The app is completely unusable now.
Doesn’t work anymore.
I purchased a couple of books and am now unable to access them or even sign in. Have tried support services but other than “So sorry” I have had nothing from them.

Broken now
I used to be able to use this app to listen to the audio for Language Hacking Spanish and Language Havhong French, and it worked great, but now when I try to load them up it just says “coming soon” or quits.
I found I can listen to the audio on the website but that is massively inconvenient.

CRASH
I’ve loaded this program for both Danish and Norwegian add-ons. Any time I attempt to open one of the files, the app crashes. I can download as many audio and digital files as I like, but opening them results in full shutdown. It looks like this program isn’t for me. Back to Duolingo and Mango, I suppose.

I downloaded the app to go along with the book however it keeps crashing and won’t open even after restarting my phone, upgrading it and making a new account it still wont work...
