Useless app

This app is useless. It doesn’t save your information. Every time I check it (for the flight info/status or to check in) I have to re-enter my confirmation number and name (even tho I am logged into my account). It then just redirects me to their website where I have to do the same thing. Why not just go there first? No need for an app. Now, I’m here in the airport already checked in for my flight. Google alerted me my flight was delayed over an hour. I double checked the app (several hours after Google alerted me) and it still shows my flight as on time even tho the announcement board in the airport agrees with Google’s alert. Useless app with incorrect information, when you can even get to it.

Good App

Great airline! I have never had any issues with an App. Over all, would highly recommend - AirBaltic.

Terrible app

Just dreadful to use - won’t recognise uk phone numbers or accept frequent flyer club number

After 10 mins, gave up on app and used laptop

I’m clearly spoilt by so many good airline apps out there

Waste of time

App takes you to the website for booking flights. Might as well just go to the website direct. Also over priced company for flights in general and when trying to see “best price of the month” not possible.

What an awful app

The log in function simply doesnt work - basic app design. I hope the planes work better than the app. Digital Director needs to be sacked

Pointless app!

I don't see the point of using this app.
I downloaded it as though my booking details will be easier to access.
However, this was not the case as each time u need your boarding pass you still have to add in your booking reference and other details to find it! Might as-well use the website.

Hello! Currently app does not support such functionality for flights as it is mostly meant for our loyalty programme airBaltic Club. However we are working on new features in the future, thanks for your comment!

Cannot login

Despite numerous attempts - I am still unable to login or access any club card details. I fly air Baltic and am bombarded with emails telling me how I could get points etc if I join the air Baltic club - and yet the login / registration process does not seem to work. Either make it work or stop sending me club related emails or prompts!

Hello! Thanks for your review and sorry to hear you are having problems with logging-in. Have you registered your profile on our webpage airbaltic.com just lately or previously in the past? If in the past it may be possible that you do not have a loyalty number associated with the profile which may be the reason for the constant errors and not possibility to open it in the app. Please get in touch with our team in this case either by e-mail info@airbalticclub.com or calling us: +371 67 280 280.
