Cheap useless application
Company probably so desperately tried to save money that the app is so crap for airline profile. It’s not compatible with main account and if you create account separate it’s not linked together. Secondly there are issue of password updates, data is not updated live probably. Honestly, airBaltic you can ask your money back after such development of the app 👎

Can’t log in to the Airbaltic Member Club app
Nothing works when trying to log in to the Airbaltic Members Club app - says details are incorrect, I reset the password multiple times and it still doesn’t work

Cannot add bookings bought through different platforms. Every other function just launches the website on the browser - essentially non-functional app.
Google account connection not available
On AirBaltic website I created my account with the « Login with Google » option. In the iPhone app, it’s not available so I can’t login to my account. Also, I can’t create a new account because my email is already used for the google login (and i can’t change my password).

Login doesn’t work
Login works perfectly fine via website, but logging in to the app greets you with red “Oops something went wrong” message.

The App is broken. I can not login or sign up so I can’t use it. I asked my friend with a android to try and he couldn’t either
