Awful
When I try to log in, it doesn’t work. I’ve tried several times, yet it won’t recognize my info. I can login on the website, but the app will not let me access my details.
Registering my son.
It does not direct you on how to register your child... it requires there correct name, birthdate and insurance card info.... but when you put it in it will not allow you to continue if the age is under 18 and he is only 10 months old.. so I tried to put my information to register him and it says the information is not correct.. so how do I get him registered? They even sent me a thing in the mail to register for him specifically but it will not allow me too....

App doesn’t seem to work. I tried registering in the app and it keeps erroring out and had to register online. Also keeps erroring out when you try to log in

I tried to register I put all my the correct info. But keep getting error try again !!
Literally useless
Can’t log in to the app. My username and password work fine online, but unfortunately the website is completely broken on mobile browsers. Every time I try logging in to the app, I get the error “Incorrect username or password. For questions, call Member Services at (1-800-228-8554) [LG1600000]”
Considering the app itself hasn’t been updated in at least a year, I don’t see any hope of this getting fixed.
