  • Frequent errors

    This camera goes out quite often for “server errors” that usually take 2-3 days to fix but it’s recently been out for 2 weeks and counting. Don’t waste your money with this company
  • Poor connectivity, poor picture, poor app

    We have had this camera going on 7 months and it was great in the beginning. We do live in area that wifi is not the best, but I’ve updated our system so this shouldn’t be an issue. The camera now won’t connect to a mobile device, I receive a black screen or an error message. The tablet battery life is about 1 hour and won’t turn on if plugged in. You must have a camera window open and then you Can plug it in to keep it going, but at times this doesn’t even work and the tablet turns off completely. There is about a 10-15 second lag on tablet and phone. The audio is poor and doesn’t come through clear. The app hasn’t been updated for 3 years now. And if for whatever reason you disconnect the cameras you have to call the company for them to reset them on your end and then go through an extensive set up process again. I do NOT recommend this product.

  • This app is trash

    If you’re looking for something reliable that you can actually look at when you need to, this isn’t it. This app literally almost never works.
  • Love the camera hate the app

    Get it fixed. I love the camera but the app shuts down constantly. When you have a newborn the last thing you want to worry about is a stupid app shutting down
  • Great picture

    I got the camera and included tablet working first. Once they were working I downloaded the app, logged in, and everything was great.
  • Do not buy

    It has been off and on for the almost 2 years we’ve had it. The tablet reboots at random and allows pop up adds and refuses to connect. There have been stretches when it hasn’t been an issue but for the most part it’s been horrible. Now it won’t connect to the server. At all. Waste of money
  • Horrible

    Had no idea they quit updating the app. It disconnects after 30 seconds and you have to keep reconnecting it. I was excited that it actually worked for more than five minutes the other day, but realized I could hear my son in the other room even though the picture showed him still sleeping. He had himself almost pulled out of his bed and nearly fell! I no longer trust this monitor and am very disappointed in this purchase! I wish I could take it back but we can’t now and can’t afford to get something else! What a waste of money!

  • Avoid this product & app at all costs!!

    If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would. Camera is very unreliable. It will show you a few minutes of footage but then say connection lost, take about 6-7 times of trying to relaunch the camera before it actually works again- each time you’ll either get a blank screen or a ‘cannot establish connection’. Do not get this product.

  • Very disappointed

    Opened the box for the baby monitor to find a broken monitor, it was replaced for $50. Just over a month later monitor is broken again. We have tried to use the app on our iPhones and are forced to sign in very often as we are signed out. Once signed in we both get black video display. As far as using the system on WiFi it is very limited and will not work throughout the house, all other WiFi enabled devices work without any problem. Just bought a WiFi repeater to see if that would solve the problem but second monitor broke before we got the time to install repeater. Parents avoid the product and the app. I see we are forced to give a star rating but firmly believe the app and product deserves zero stars.
