Camera does not connect to mobile app
The camera and tablet worked the first two days of use but would time out frequently. Now, less than a week after installation, neither the tablet that came with the camera nor the app on my iPhone or iPad will connect with the camera feed at all. The tablet and camera together cost $150 so to have it not work after going to the trouble of installing it is deeply disappointing and frustrating. The camera itself is fine - it has some kind of night vision that allows you to see your baby when it’s dark - but I have no way to see the feed from the camera, so useless. Great picture and sound!
At first I was skeptical because it is not traditional technology where the camera is portable and the camera viewer is also portable. The camera is connected to the WiFi and the wall...as in plugged in. However, it has been wonderful this whole time. The picture is clear: lights on or off, day or night! The sound is so sensitive it picks up other noises made around the room or outside of it. We have been using it non stop-every night and yes it times out but we are constantly referring to the monitor (on the iPad it’s been downloaded) that we notice and just reopen the app. No big deal! Plus our new blend room is not too far from ours where we do hear him hollering “IF” the camera is not available -or rather the app and that is SELDOM. We don’t have a single complaint about this camera or the app associated with it. More people should know about it! It’s not advertised-marketed enough! Thank you.Show lessQarii
A lot of down time
We’ve had the monitor for 10 months now, and it rarely works as it should. Tonight the monitor is working, but the app on our phones is not. We frequently have to call technical support (only available during business hours) and usually have to leave a message to receive a call or email back the following day or two. Nope!
This monitor/camera system worked wonderfully for the first 9-12 months! We loved it! Ever since they stopped updating the app though it’s been headache after headache to try and monitor our 2 boys every night. The software on the tablet that came with the cameras NO LONGER WORKS! We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it - nothing. We have tried using the app through our phones, but the feed cuts out frequently. So so disappointing!!Show lessbellacantante85

Absolutely Terrible Product and App
Aside from the constant timing out, now when my app connects to the camera there is only a black screen. When I use the Android unit that came with it, I can see the baby and crib perfectly so it doesn’t seem to be a camera hardware/connection issue.
Avoid this app, avoid this product line...if you’re just now downloading the app it, it’s not too late to return your purchase.Show lessWildrunner
Could not connect to device
My husband and I each tried to set up this device 3-5 times but it would not connect to the device we purchased. I could not find info online on how to troubleshoot so we returned the device and deleted the app. Totally not worth the frustration.djjsjdbfj
Constant Drops Connection

Needs A lot of updates
The camera constantly times out. Even with motion detected. The newest issue is that the camera doesn’t even let me view the crib—I can’t even click on the camera icon, it’s grayed out and not able to be clicked on. It isn’t my WiFi because my other apps are working fine. I’ve unplugged the camera several times to try to reset it and it works for maybe an hour before it goes back to not allowing me to view the camera. Really terrible app. Camera quality is just OK. would not recommend this camera and app if you’re looking for a WiFi camera.Show lessDreSal
