Unusable app crashes when trying to use simple features.
Once it crashes, you have to completely remove the app and re-download. This usually isn’t an option when I’m using these lights as there is no way to re-download in the woods. I really had high hopes as the light is great and wanted to show off the features to camping buddies. App start and close by itself after 1 second (display disappear but app is in active task)

App keeps crashing
I used this app with my firepit and it worked flawlessly. I just got a base lantern xl and now the app won’t even open after it crashes. I found out that if I delete the app and re-download it I can use it shortly. Although as soon as I set an alarm and save it the app crashes. Then I retry to open it and it doesn’t last 2 seconds before it re-crashes. The app refuses to stay open long enough to pick what to connect too.Show lessjohnd1995
Works, but buggy
The products are great! I have many products from them. The app should work better then it does. We have the access for custom lighting presets, but we also want to be able to keep alarms and timers set permanently.Nockwho
Good app for running a fan
App is good for running the fan, but the app always asks me to pair bluetooth with “batmanager”? Not sure what this is about.FlyWater
No able to connect or seeing it on Bluetooth
The first time I have tried the app with my phone it work flawlessly.
It was easy to control and answered well on command.
But the very second time when I needed the products with the base lantern and the connect lights it did not connect together.
I first thought it was because I was out of cell phone connection and for some reason I HAD to be on cell phone zone to make it work but now that I am back home in a LTE area i see that I was wrong and i can NOT connect to my base lantern even after deleting it from my known devices from my phone but then I can not see it anymore.
When I was able to use it ON INITIALE SETUP ONLY, it worked great.
But now. I haven’t even put together my bio lite FirePit and I worry it will be the same. Espacillay that they are the same appShow lessTheDumbClown
Alarm
I would love to set the wake up alarm, unfortunately I can’t save the alarm because the button is just below the edge of my screen and it won’t scroll up. Please fix.Sams2009
Too dark
Connects great to Firepit each time even while simultaneously Bluetooth connected to a speaker. Only issue is it’s very difficult to see app while wearing sunglasses given the very dark background.operator101
Simple, clean app - works flawlessly with FirePit
Installed this app to use with my new BioLite FirePit. It works flawlessly, and it is simple and clean. Love it!Rucksack09
Could be very good, but...
(1) Currently the dimming function does not dim to nothing, so even when on lowest setting the lamp is still very bright
(2) Saving favourite settings is a good idea, but when you save it with only one half of the lamp lit - it reverts back to both sides lit when you select the favourite
(3) When in chill mode it jumps/stutters each time it gets to the end of the spectrum
