They didn’t send the maid I asked for twice without informing me. I called a few days ago to make an appointment and they said they will call back and never did. As of this day 05/09/2018 their number is not in service and the live chat on the app says no one is available. I rate this a 1 star service.

Good concept- needs work
The inability to modify bookings and cancel them through the app is the major drawback here, I shouldn't have to call the call center to do so.
Also mobile payments would be a major improvement.
