Worst customer service ever
One of the worst ever customer service i had to deal with , if there was an option to attach screenshots you would see how rude and lazy their customer support agent is.. if there was less than one star i would have definitely gave them -1 star

This was the first time for me to use them. The amount of care of each step of the process and looking for options to solve the issue was outstanding. I couldn’t believe that they have done the service in just 4 hours from my call and in the same day. I really command them and the application is very user friendly.

Bad Customer Service!
Don’t bother downloading this app and asking for their services because they won’t come at your chosen time, they will come when it’s suitable for them!! It was my first time and when i told them no i want the time I picked, they told me no we will refund your money!! They didn’t even try their best to not loose a new customer!!

Untrustworthy and ineffective
I was recommended this app from a friend but seems like the company they sent me is a very bad egg. Huge price quotation without any explanation or courtesy call to explain the quote. 2 weeks have passed now and still nothing. I have asked for a refund for charges so far and they have refused. Very very bad experience.

No customer service
Now I understand it’s easier to complain than it is to compliment but when you send a “Handyman” or a “cleaner” one who apparently did not know how to install a larger picture frame (overcharged me in hours, when it was an hour or less job) and the other was alright wearing our slippers to walk around the house while cleaning (without our permission).
Call customer service, Its like speaking a foreign language were “”English” is the language.

I don’t recommend to anybody
Would be a very good service, only if you are fine with the cleaners showing up couple hours late without you being informed. Horrible customer service as well!
