PCR - Not Reliable
When I ordered the regular PCR test, the results where to be given within 24 hours. They changed it today to 48 hours, without informing me of course. Also, they didnt put in all the details, I got messages from DHA to add the ID details. No apology or compensation given yet and still arguing with them about it. Also I booked the service for 10 persons, I expected 2 persons to be sent at least but they sent only 1 lady.

Rubbish App & service
app is not working correctly by allowing me to book a PCR test & to make payment for something they say is actually not possible
On the basis of the booking being accepted and confirmed I arranged a flight
Which I have since cancelled.. obviously I am not happy with the service

Extremely unprofessional service I booked a pcr from the morning and it was confirmed never showed up when I called them to check they said they canโt provide the service as easy as that unprofessional.
Cleaning
I am very impressed with the cleaning. I need Gaya next time as well. I liked her cleaning.
Slow cumbersome support and platform
It took 1 hour fiddling with difunctional app, waited 20min on phone and still no pick up. I donโt think they are in business. Wasted my time and bad app.
Not reliable!
I love the convenience and variety of services available to book. Unfortunately, Service Market does a terrible job of communicating with the providers it contracts, and they are consistently coming at the wrong times! Contacting Service Market only ends with an apology, but it continues to happen. I will not be using this company anymore.
