Annoying

It’s annoying how it keeps signing my kid out of the full version and then telling me I can’t restore purchase from app. Why am I paying for something she cannot use. She has been using the free version for the past 6 months because of this foolishness. Even though I paid for an annual subscription. I want my money back!!!!!!

Not working

Video plays but no sound. How does that happen

The entire app doesn’t have any volume on our end. Has anyone else experienced and resolved this?

Hi there, sorry to hear you are having trouble with our app. Normally problems with sound are due to the fact that the mute switch on the device is engaged. This can be a little confusing because not all apps obey the mute button, but ours do, so while you will be able to hear other apps, you would not be able to hear ours. All you have to do is toggle the mute switch which is located on the side of your tablet or smartphone. Once you toggle it you will hear sound again. If there is no mute button please slide up the menu from the bottom of the iPad screen to find the mute button icon. If you still cannot hear sound, please try the following: Go to Settings > General. Under "Use Side Switch To" please ensure that the "Mute" option is selected, and not the "Lock Rotation" button. Then ensure that the Lock / Unlock setting is switched on (to unlock). You might have to restart your device afterwards. If this doesn't work please email us at support@storytoys.com.

No volume

All my other apps have volume. I checked the volume made sure the volume button worked. Uninstalled same thing.

No sounds

My daughter loves this app but after a few months the sound stopped working. So even though I paid for the yearly subscription last year she never watched it. She wanted to watch it this morning so I paid for the monthly subscription (yearly one was expired) thinking that by now there shouldn’t be any issues. Unfortunately still no sound. I have tried everything I can think of, including deleting app and reinstalling but still no sound.

Educational

At first I was disappointed when I susbscribed for 1 year on this app because i discovered that all the videos has no sounds but quickly emailed their email support. They response are so quick that it it didn’t get for 24hours to wait. Thank you so much for making us satisfied. My daughter is so happy right now that she can hear and sing a long the nursery rhymes as well. Kuddos!
