  • English Editor needed

I have had my h band for one day. I lime the look of it, but other than that its just ok. First and foremost: hire an English speaking person, not someone who just learned but someone who knows grammar and syntax. I cannot understand much of what is written. Put an icon meaning section in directions. I don’t understand some of the icons. I love sleep function!
Most importantly make touch screen more usable! Mine goes on to show time goes to the person resting and turns off, on occasion I can get it to cycle all the way through, I don’t know what they all mean but occasionally I can see them all , mostly I go to my phone to see whats up. Needs work but the idea is good!

  • Not Impressed on Day 1

Can’t beat the price- it’s stylish & tells time! ... that’s about all you can trust it with though. Once i turned it on & paired it with my phone, I was disappointed. The watch does not automatically track heart rate and steps are not being tracked- in addition, not only is WiFi needed but the paired phone must be within 1 meter of the watch at all times to track anything. The screen options and sensitivity of the watch are not favorable. I wanted to be thrilled with this purchase- the package was shipped with a thoughtful note from the company and was a great touch- but I don’t feel the watch is able to fulfill the basic job of an activity watch as I had hoped. It’s still day 1, so I hope I’m proven wrong tomorrow!

  • Decent with flaws

The app over all is good but the one glaring flaw is that there doesn’t seem to be a way to export the data. There are links to Facebook, Twitter, etc. which are useless (to me at least). A .csv export should be included and should be extremely easy to implement. I need to print out heart rate and blood pressure data for my physician (we know the values aren’t perfect, but for use as a reference - as the instructions state). I’m also getting a sync error when switching to the long term values although this may be because I’ve only been wearing it for a day now.

  • Good but still needs work

I like how you can look at data from two days ago and then weekly or yearly from that. But I would like the choice to save the data. The graphs are good but I would like them in more detail.

The app Vastly over estimates my time asleep. Usually by 2 hours, sometimes 3. It also underestimated the amount of times I wake up in the night. Even when I use the watch when I wake up for some reason it still doesn’t register. I would like an option to be able to edit this. It is really annoying having data saved about me that I know is wrong.

The steps compared to the health app are also underestimated.

  • H Band

Getting it started was easy with one exception. It asked for my height and weight in cm and kg. I had no idea so I just went past that to finish the set up. However I don't see a way to update my personal profile so my height and weight is wrong making the calorie count incorrect as well. So where is that information held and how do I fix it. Everything I enter about me should be accessable. That it is not is troublesome. Also my nickname is my nickname shouldn't matter if someone else has it for the purpose of a review.

  • Need a lot of work!

The developer needs to work out the bugs in this APP. I wish there was something that worked in its place a “different more accurate app” This thing doesn’t even match what my sleep time it says 8.6 hours on my band but only shows 55 mins on my band. I’ve been told that it only measures certain times but that not true. For instance I went to bed at 10:45pm and woke up at 6:00am it showed the exact time on my band and on this app. This morning it showed I only got 55 mins sleep so it showed something totally different. The first thing I do is sync my band first thing in the morning. But It has nothing to do with time zone, what time you go to bed because it has worked when I went to bed at 6:30 one night I didn’t feel well I slept over 10 hours and it registered the entire time. It has to be something I’m not aware of about how the sleep app works or how to activate it. I was told it can’t be controlled by the band or the app. So I’m going to go through some other apps and do a lot of research today and see if I can find another app that this band will work with. Because it is really screwing up my health log!
PLEASE FIX THE SLEEP FUNCTION ON YOUR APP!!

  • Nice features!

I am impressed with the features of this app The watch + app has the features my old Fitbit didn’t have like turning off the wrist twist feature at night so you do not blind yourself every time you move your wrist. I also like the different watch display screens. I wish the watch had a users group for wish list and assistance. I think many of the complaints from the other reviewers have been addressed with the latest version

  • Needs some work.

I like the device. I like the app. The measurements seem to be fairly accurate. But the translation from Chinese to English is at best, juvenile. Everything is in English but with some of the translations, I have no idea what it’s supposed to mean. In one section it says I think “Wrist test.” What is this? Other than this I like it. But when I use run mode on the device and the gps run tracking on the app, the kcals burned is different. Also, I know I walk 1.87 miles but due to arm movement the device says I’ve gone two miles. Small issues that can be overcome. And no it doesn’t work with MyFitnessPal. But it does work with Apple health. However, the device does measure blood pressure but Apple health does not pick it up. It does log sleep tracking. This is my first fitness band and I’m pleased but the translation issue is making look for another.

  • Not accurate

I will say this. For a cheap product I enjoy it so I won’t give so few stars. In the manual it says the app can monitor the female menstrual cycle. The sleep app is way off. I was at a bar one night and it said I went to sleep at the time I was at the bar. When it says, I’m sleep I’m up. I wake up several times through the night and it’ll say I didn’t wake up any. I really wanted to track my sleep since I suffer from insomnia.

When I wake up, i go to the bathroom and from that time, it’ll calculate me having walked over 200 steps. My bathroom isn’t that far from my bed, considering it’s in my room. But I do like the alerts for the phone calls I receive. I don’t keep my phone on me at all so being able to see who’s calling before I get to my phone. Other than that, it’s cheap so I didn’t expect 100% accurate calculations. So I’ll stick with it until I decide whether or not I’m gonna buy an expensive one. Although, I’ve heard those aren’t accurate either

  • Improvements needed to app

I am a blind person,so I use only the app with voiceover to read the data from the watch. I can read the number of steps, and the number of hours slept. I would also like to have the number of calories burned shown with the step count. I can read the number of hours slept, but cannot understand the deep sleep, light sleep, and awake time data. It is hard to find the buttons to start the manual heart rate test, and the manual BP test. I can find them, but only after moving back and forth along the charts. Some of the prompts in the app are also unclear. It would be very nice, if the app would connect to Apple’s health app. I would like a way to give feedback to the authors of the app.
