  • Nice But

I recently received my watch. I like the watch, but the app needs some work. While the graphical interface in the app looks good, there are a few glaring flaws. Some of the data sets are in Mandarin. Generally speaking, if you market a product in the US, the data displayed in the companion app needs to be in English. Feed back that is in Mandain, for most people in this market, is no different than gibberish. The sleep data for a day is not cumulative: it records a single event. This is a big flaw- it makes the watch worthless for this function. Many people, more than half, wake up in the middle of the night on a routine basis. The sleep function NEEDS to be cumlative for all sleep periods in a day. This needs to be fixed. Also a big issue: much of the screen text in the app is very tiny, so even with 20/20 vision you need a magnifying glass to read it; the app does not allow you to you zoom-in to see it better. Like the text that is in Mandarin, text that is too small to read is basically useless. I expect many products to have poor instructions for use- this year ne is no different- no worries there- once you poke the buttons enough you’ll get the basic idea of what the main button does...the other two buttons, who knows- they seem to be for looks only. This watch us cloose to being a great product, at this time it is not one mainly because of the app.

  • Good info from Watch

Easy to connect with the watch band, consistent info, swaps some data with iPhone Health. Occasionally the BP function fails on the phone. Would like to see BP data shared with iPhone health and longer term view of data over a longer time period, Day, then week, then month. Week data could be consolidated from previous 7 days and ditto month from previous 4 weeks. Appreciate this may mean memory update on the watch, thus would need to buy new watch. Fine with that

  • New update deleted my data 😩

•22/June - so annoyed, all the data has been deleted after being prompted by the app to update. Activity, heart rate & BP records have disappeared for today & last two days this is exceptionally disappointing > you need to make it much clearer in English instructions what will happen, where has our data gone? Why was it necessary to delete data?!!!!!

-03/June no sleep data recorded since 3.0 update

Oh the whole, aside from the above issue the app is really good. It records blood pressure, heart rate & steps which is what I wanted for as I have chronic pain so it's really useful me to monitor daily changes & activity.

  • Great app

A really great app for tracking health data. It's simple and easy to use, and in some respects better than the apple equivalent. The data doesn't sync across devices, but otherwise it's great!
  • Good solid start, worth the money

I had seen a few reviews for the product and they were great. Heart rate, blood pressure, waterproof and plugs into any USB port to charge. All this for around £30. I feel it works very well and one of a very few that boasts all these functions at any price. Next onto the app. It connects easily and monitors blood pressure. To get the most of blood pressure you need to sync it to an actual reading. There are a few additions it needs. 1. To promote multiple purchases, some way to link accounts to compete against friends. 2. As stated in other reviews, showing weekly, monthly and yearly views. 3. Finally it would be nice to track other activities such as swimming considering it's waterproof.

I have no doubt these features will come as they will increase the sales and reviews of this product.

So if asked and I could exchange it for another device my answer would be no. However if in six months these are not in place I'll buy another from elsewhere, having enjoyed it. Simple, a good device with great features and an app that will hopefully soon catch up.

Remember it's only been around for 6 months and has already had lots of updates.
