  • Horrible Can’t get into the system

    I put 200 dollars into the card at ta 7-11 and haven’t been able to set up my account. Can’t get a hold of anyone. System keeps telling me something went wrong but won’t actually give me options to fix anything. Rats

  • Rewards feature doesn’t work

    Rewards feature doesn’t even work it’s not just with my account I’ve tried to do use it in the app it just sends me back to the Home Screen I also tried with safari did the smear thing and also had my friends and family try and it did the exact same thing fix your app Netspend

  • It works

    You can order a card, sign up, and log in. Theres no fee or shipping to ordering a card it’s free and you can add money to the 711 card at 711 stores and 711 ATMs they even have a map that shows you 711s were you can add money there’s always a fee for reloading it’s always around 3.95 for putting money into the card. There’s also a purchase fee it’s like $1.50 there’s also a move money feature were you can transfer money from banks and PayPal transfers there’s also a pay bills feature and a direct deposit feature were you can get your paycheck 2 days faster and no fees overall it’s pretty good.

  • Worst Customer Service Ever!

    I was alerted to a potentially fraudulent charge on my account and I confirmed I didn’t make the charge. Instead of just refusing the charge, they shut down my whole account! I had over $200 on my card that I was using until payday. I was already annoyed that I couldn’t reach my money and the first representative told me I would receive a new card within three days. Five days passed and no card. The next two representatives were very unhelpful and I finally spoke to a supervisor who also didn’t seem to understand what she was doing. Terrible experience all around. My money should not be held hostage by them.

    That doesn't sound right. Cards are blocked as part of our standard procedure when an unauthorized transaction is reported. We understand this can be an inconvenience, but we can assure you that it is only meant as a protection of the funds in the account.   • Scam card

    This card is a scam. Avoid if you don’t want to lose your identity to theft.
  • Apps never work and fraud claims aren’t approved

    The apt never works on the first try. Sometimes closing and opening the app two times to get it to work when it does work. They like to temporarily approve claims but right before the 90 days they take the money back. They appear like a bank would, charging you a monthly fee to normally insure your money, but that charge is just to “keep your saving acct open” and that’s it. Left the account with negative the claim amount and switched my direct deposits.

  • This app is a total SCAM!

    I just bout this card and put 30$ on it for it to not even let me access my money, and they want me to talk to customer service for no reason. I want a refund and for this app and card service to be shut down. This is the 2nd time this has happened
