  • Mobile Check Load Fail

    Every time i try to upload a check it says call a #, when i call that # they are no help at all, HORRIBLE.
  • The worst ever!

    I would put a negative number if possible I spent 4 hours to be told I wasn’t born in the state I had on my account so they refused me my money after lock-in my funds. I wasn’t forewarned just told after they locked my account my money wouldn’t be available for 7-10 business days while awaiting a new card! When I spoke to the 1st customer service employee they were no help just rude & played dumb they manage to get me off the phone with no solution. I got the next 3 to put me in limbo on hold for over 2 hours total. I heard hold music till it just stopped! Call back to be told again please hold, she just left it muted till I hung up & after screaming till I wanted to lose it I got charged the fee they all claimed would be waived due to inconvenience & trouble involving my account. This company needs to be shut down it’s pathetic & so are each and every sorry p.o.s I dealt with this past few hours & terrible waste of my life I’ll never get back. 👎🏻

    THIS SCAMMED ME OFF 30 DOLLARS I DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU HAVE ALREADY BOUGHT THE CARD, RETURN IT
  • Don’t buy it / no la compres

    🤦🏻‍♂️ Worst card ever $245 Same day I canceled it, now I have to pay for they can send me an check pay feeds and wait 10 business days. Es la peor tarjeta que puedes comprar, evítate problemas, deposite $245 y no los puedo gastar asta que compruebe mi identidad mandarles documentos ( una identificación y una carta de domicilio). Tienes que esperar 6 días para poder usarla en lo que hacen el trámite, cancele y a hora tengo que pagar recargos para que me manden un cheque y esperar 10 días laborales 🥴 I hope they send me my money.

  • Best prepaid card

    i’ve had this card for years and never had problem with my money not being there when it was deposited through my job or my taxes nor did i have issues when i load my card. they’ve never asked for more information or passwords to my email. and it’s not that hard to talk to live customer service. it just takes some common sense. like entering the card number wrong or disputing a charge will take you to live customer service. they have always been helpful and solve any problems or answer any questions i have.

    I hate the new update on the app , all of features that use to work don’t now , they changed it . I dislike it now
  • DO NOT BUY THEIR CARD!!

    do not buy their card they be so shady askin you to send a copy or your id and social security also whenever you ask for a refund they charge you seven dollar so i wouldn’t recommend gettin it just a warnin but buy at your own risk i guess i wish someone would’ve warned me before buyin.

  • Disappointing and a scam

    So I’m a teen and that mean I don’t have a social security code so o really can do it, its a waste of money and you guys want to now everything about me and it’s a Master card? Not a credit or debit card? It’s honestly dumb and they have told people from 2 years ago that they will change it but they didn’t? How about you just let be simple easy and not that stressful, please just change how I have to have a security code and that you want my address? Really disappointed on you

  • I love em! The whole team.

    They made it possible to put all my money In one place, the staff were friendly and fast. Things that would take any other bank of prepaid card 14 business dat took them 6 BUSINESS HOURS. I was so shocked and surprised!
