I’ll make the review short and to the point, the game is a great little puzzler that doesn’t pressure you into buying something every 5 minutes or rams ads all over your screen, there is none of that! It’s a great game its very fun, cute, and addicting if you like matching games
it isn’t impossible to beat levels without in app purchases the game is a bit of grind trial and error but its not a greedy app
i love the dungeon levels they help by giving dungeon coins to buy more energy spices team coins and other stuff
its not a money hungry app in my opinion
my ONLY down side is that we cant either sell or trade character coins if wanted in order to focus on upgrading other team members but other than that

No money spent
I haven’t spent any money and have gotten so hard into the game you don’t need to spend money if you strategize correctly my only problem is that at a certain point it stops giving you epic characters in chests so you have to wait 8 hour to get them with coins but you can only buy 3 ( you need 20) then you have to wait day for that character to show up againShow lessmeatietofu
Rare Hidden Gem
Edit Review : Sept 7th 2020 At about the 3rd Island, Distant Hills, you will hit a paywall. You can still enjoy the game and play the dungeon and earn both currency, coin and Skeleton coin. But that’s it. You will Max out your characters, and some that you can evolve you cannot until you earn more items to have them evolve. Takes a lot. Still overall a great game that keeps you busy for months. I been playing this game every day and beat 2 islands out of 5 or 6 and stuck at 72% on the third for a few weeks now. Original and Fantastic Match 3
This game liked simple and cute at first, but its RPG and material aspects kept me playing for three years! Yes, that's how long it's taken to beat all the levels. It got really grind-y at the end though. Ironically, I would gladly have paid money to get the final shards I needed for the final legendary dark Heroes I needed to win—but they only sold VERY expensive mystery crates—with no guarantee that I'd even get shards I wanted. Even for $140! I think the game is dead now, but it plays offline too. Highly recommend it!Show lessEnjneer6
Impossible to advance.
After a certain level the chances of you getting your hero are slim to none without in app purchases. In app purchases are unbelievably expensive and don’t make any sense whatsover. To unlock one hero you need 14,000 diamonds. To buy 14,000 diamonds you need to pay 140$. Ridiculously greedy micro transactions and unbearably slow advancement ruin an otherwise amazing match 3 game.Show lessidkaybichtd

Lame rip off mechanics
Don’t waste money on buying chests. There is just me loads of 3 star cards with no way to evolve any of your characters. Spent the money and got nothing for it. So hate devs that balance this way. Trick people into consuming to win which is bs.sassyjackson5
Unique match game-and so cute!!
This game is SO adorable!! Really makes me nostalgic for past 8 bit games with the pixelated graphics.
The matching is also a nice novel twist from your typical match 3 games-you can move pieces diagonally which adds another element for consideration when you’re planning where to move your pieces, especially since they stay on the board and you’ve got a time limit on what you can do. I would recommend this for anyone who likes match 3 games but wants something a little different!Show lessDuchessmimrose
