Awful

In my opinion, from my personal experience, this is an absolute waste of money with no legitimate customer support available. I purchased a full season to watch the AHL Bpt Islanders and gladly paid $159 in September for the convenience to watch home and away games when I am not able to attend as a season ticket holder. Sadly, it is one error after another from multiple venues. After submitting a service ticket with back and forth replies, FloSports just dodged, deflected, and denied any accountability or ability to improve their service and declared almost immediately no refunds or credits: great business model. Just about a week ago I received an email to a survey as to why I set my account to not renew for next season. The absurdity shows just how out of touch the company is. If, and this is a very big if, this app delivered the access to the vast sports coverage it purports to then it would be great. But, it does not. Save your money!

Very Poor Casting to a new Samsung TV .

Keep reloading and isn’t consistent . Never know when it will just quit . Watching a whole hockey game without issues just never happens .

Only mediocre

When using iPad app to watch AHL Hockey games you can’t select between the “home”or “away” livestream. That stinks. However, when watching AHL games on the Apple TV app, you are able to select the “home” or “away” feed. Why isn’t this function available on the iPad app? Also when viewing on any device, I haven’t made it through a single game (about 7 played so far) that the livestream feed doesn’t experience a “technical issue” at least once if not twice during the game. The video just goes to a red screen with the FloSports logo. Eventually the feed returns, but it is annoying.

Overpriced, Error-Ridden, and Plagued by Ads – The Only Option for Sports Streaming

Prepare to be disappointed. FloSports has a monopoly on poor-performing sports streaming, and unfortunately, there’s no other choice. You’ll need to shell out for an overpriced monthly subscription, but the frustration doesn’t stop there. After paying, expect bad connectivity. I tried watching a performance and encountered multiple errors—four times during one show alone. They suggest downloading the TV app for a ‘better experience,’ but it feels like they’re just chasing download numbers. And guess what? Once you download the TV app, they direct you to download the mobile app too. Despite all this, the streaming errors persist. On top of it all, even though you’ve paid the inflated subscription fee, you’ll still be bombarded with loud, intrusive ads between segments. FloSports might control the events, but this service is far from great.

Bad feed/low quality

Multiple unresolved technical issues are blamed on arenas without any accountability from the service provider. This service, and quality, are not worth the expense

Poor steam quality

Watching Flo bike race coverage because it’s the only option in Canada. Flo is definitely subpar compared to Eurosport and what GCN offered. Very overpriced for the quality offered. I will not be renewing.

Spoilers for replays

This is generally fine in terms of streaming, but it would be nice to be able to split the screen on an iPad so you can multitask while streaming. The big problem with this app is the spoilers in the replay names. It’s very difficult to find the reply you want without seeing a headline that spoils the results of the replay you are looking for. Specifically for bike racing. Current example is the 2024 Vuelta coverage. If you click on vuelta it brings you right into a spoiler and auto plays the highlight. If you search through thumbnails for the full replay you will probably see a different thumbnail that spoils the replay. If you wait long enough you can possibly avoid a spoiler when the full replay comes up as a large thumbnail with no spoiler in it. Please correct this. You charge more than other apps and spoiling the replays is unacceptable and the reason for 2 stars.

Search is the worst ever!

The most incompressible search function! Try and put a simple request to the final in the ADCC with the athlete’s name and nothing comes. Hate this app!!
