I’m not really sure why I felt really compelled to say this right now at 4:14 AM lol, this is a little weird but that’s just how you know it’s from me. I mean, I’m a disabled individual. I have no I guess genetic or congenital disabilities. I have several physical chronic illnesses at this point, but mostly my main disability is my mental health, I have borderline personality disorder and crippling anxiety. I mean, severe panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety almost to the point of agoraphobia. This isn’t just an app to just make girls look pretty or even just boys especially now look pretty … because everybody wants to look pretty. I use this app sometimes to look pretty lol, but I use this app because I can’t really use makeup or buy any or do all that effort sometimes a lot. I haven’t for years now. I can’t really maintain my skin and all that stuff like just breathing is hard for me. I have creativity inside my head and inside my heart that is meaningful to me anyway, and I need to express my crazy art no matter what my abilities are because my abilities will always not be very able. This app lets me do that thing and my God no matter what it cost, I could never put a price tag on that.Show lesssusan1581

I have had this app for a while now and it’s a good app, but it on my Home Screen it looks like it’s updating as it has that loading grey cover over it (letting me know how far along the update is) well it’s stuck like that. It has been “updating” for over 24hours now but it looks like it’s almost done but it’s not, it’s stuck like that and I can’t open the app I can’t delete the app, it’s just stuck like that and I dont know what to do or how to undo that. I bought this app years ago. I bought all it’s full features it cost me roughly about $30 I did have the free version in the beginning just to see if I liked it and then I bought the full version with all the features and it was supposed to be mine forever to keep because I paid for it. I paid for the whole app the whole license to have it.
Now, When I wanted to use it again I couldn’t find it on my phone which was odd to me but didn’t think much of it I thought maybe I might’ve deleted by accident off my phone so I downloaded it again now I don’t understand why I have to pay for a subscription when I’ve already paid for the whole license to keep it forever and use it whenever I want to. What happened am I able to get the features back because I have paid for the whole entire apps license? I’m not very happy. I want my money back if I can’t have the app the way I used to have it, please can you sort this out? I don’t wanna pay for a subscription when I’ve paid for the whole license. it’s not fair. I want my money back if that’s how the game goes. i’m just saying when you buy something you shouldn’t have to pay for it again and again and again.Show lessMcCarrison

i used to use this app so much and i used to love it, it was such a good editing, if even the best out there! but after the new updates where they have started to make you pay for additional features which were free before it’s been totally ruined. I used to use this app very very often and unfortunately due to the unacceptable updates and new changes to this app. after being a very loyal user for more than a year i have to now find a new one. please i request the developers bring back the old face tune. and maybe add ads instead of payment for little thinks such as the reshape tool or the makeup etc etc thank you for the lil rantShow lessiiiviiaaa4

I downloaded this to try the 3 day trial. I didn’t get a notification that the 3 days were up and I got charged $110 for this app for a whole year. There should be a notification or a reminder when it comes to a significant charge as such. Not very happyTinaFai

They want $249.99 lifetime / 71.99 a year for cheap, very poor editing software 😂😂 I’ve purchased a “perpetual” license in the past. That was $7 or so. I remember they came out with a FaceTune 2 at some point. But it seems they might’ve deleted the original facetune and changed “2” to just facetune. Clearly that previous license I purchased was not so lifetime after all. Pos app.
Do yourself a favour and learn how to edit using dedicated photo editing software that isn’t expensive garbage. There’s ways to obtain photoshop cheaply~

They’ve gotten rid of the “refine” feature which was on the main menu where you can select a facial feature eg eyes, nose, mouth, eyebrows etc and then use the scroll button to edit the shape of a feature. I loved the eyebrow option on the “refine” feature because it gave you perfect eyes and you could then go to the “face” feature to edit how big or small you wanted your eyebrows. They’re removing all the goods features and keeping the rubbish ones. Also editing your hair, before you could add volume to your hair. Now you edit your hair it’s giving you artificial colours and textured hair which looks fake. The update before 14th April was good. They’re ruining the app. Stop trying to fix something that isn’t broke. I’ve unsubscribed and getting my money backShow lessCheriBabie

So I use this app all the time to edit images I create in other apps, I’ve genuinely learned more about digital art using this process but I’m legitimately concerned about a recent update that might make Facetune significantly useless as a tool. I’m subsided and pay for the full use of the app on top of this which makes it more disappointing. The update that I’m talking about is the one that has changed the hair editing software, specifically in the hairstyles tool. The update has drastically downgraded the quality of the hairstyle as well as the amount of options it used to offer. The current hairstyle tool actually makes my images more fuzzy and gives them poorer quality after edit so I can’t really see myself using this newly updated hairstyling tool at all. This is basically my plea to have the previous version of the hairstyle tool restored cause this just isn’t it, it’s somehow so much less advanced and so disappointing.Show lessV31731

I’ve been using FaceTime for about 4 years now and at first it was a typical app where some features are free and some aren’t which is fair enough but over the years more and more features that USED to be FREE are ones you now have to pay for, and in the newest version you cant even edit multiple pictures a day, you only get 3 WEEKLY saves not even daily. As someone who is a content creator I find it really stupid that u can only save 3 pictures a week, I post about 6 in a day to instagram in one post.
So you first have to pay to edit your pictures then you need to pay to save your own pictures 💀💀 the app has become a joke. Don’t bother installing it, just use other editing apps there’s plenty on the AppStoreShow lesshdzjtureitdhg

I really like this app, the tools are great and really cool. I really like the paint feature and I’ve been using the app no problem I’ve had it downloaded for probably a month now and I don’t have a subscription. I just went in to use it and now I can’t use the Paint or Reshape tool but I can “try” it. Is this what’s gonna happen with this app? The longer I have it, only using the the free tools it’s going to gradually start locking me out of the tools that were guaranteed free? That’s not fair at all and the app never says anything that implies that’s going to happen. I was in the middle of a project that was using those tools too. I feel that the app isn’t very clear either.
Edit: NOW I CAN ONLY SAVE 3 PHOTOS A WEEK??!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! This app is trash now! It’s barely even usable now! There is literally no point for me to use it. A new feature is no screenshots. I understand why you wouldn’t want that but at this point it just makes this app worse. You should really change it back to how it was.
