Can’t sign up
Home screen on the app only allows for login not sign up. Deleting because apparently this has been a problem for a long time based on past reviews

Doesn’t work
I got the app but is asking for my email and password, it’s doesn’t let me creat an account, it’s says it’s wrong and tells me to log in with the same email and password for the account, I never created an account!
App crashing
Won’t let me login. Keeps crashing when I try to sign in??? I paid for the year as well

Both app and website gives me headache
Not easy to start up
Took me straight to the login page and when I tried to select that I didn’t have an account just took me through some pages with more info then took me back to a login page. Didn’t find it to be very user friendly right from the get go

The free two week trial doesn’t offer any insights that I couldn’t already get from Instagram Analytics for business accounts, so I decided to upgrade and check out the available features for the Pro platform. Turns out those features weren’t of much use to me and so I canceled my subscription after 15 days. I hoped customer service would refund my monthly payment, but they declined.

Need a sign up button
You need to add a sign up button. There is no way to sign in with out a user name or id currently there is no sign up button or create account.
