No Longer a Viable Option

I have been using Blue for some time and would give it 5 stars. However, as of this past week it is no longer a viable option. I re-subscribe to pro (after going back to basic a few years ago). I was unable to access the Pro features for 4 days. It took 3 emails and finally a tag on X to get a response.

They fixed the pro issues but now it is not functional as a whole for me. When I make changes on the business profile (caption, bio, etc) it reverts back to the personal information as soon as I close the app and re-open.

When I change the caption on either profile, it changes it in the other.

Lastly, I am unable to sort any of my links. No matter how I drag and place them, they reset to the default (social links above contact link). There is no way for me to prioritize my links in either profile.

Sent three more emails and no responses. I believe that is a sign to look at other solutions. It is a shame because I really liked the product when it was working.

Best app ever

Hands down the best app you could ever possibly by on the App Store. This app changed my life within 24 hours of downloading it. I recommend downloading the app right now. Also would recommend buying and investing in this company. Once it goes public you will be a millionaire.

Great App

As a student at a top research institution, it imperative that I have the ability to network frequently with those whom I feel could open up new opportunities for me. This app has allowed me to have a complete overview of who I am and my qualifications for certain opportunities all within my personalized network card. This has done so much for me and I highly recommend it.

Insightful

Very resourceful, and professional. It has improved greatly since it started. Lots of training, job and new connection possibilities.

So good

Never had any issues or bugs in the app, and I've been using it for many years. A few fake job postings here and there, but that kind of thing comes with any social media app. Overall, a great professional platform.

Do better

The app has had consistent issues with requiring things that are already set to be reset and this is an annoying bug that has not been fixed. Generally the idea is a good idea but the execution here has been a bit wanting. I’ve tried to be patient and waited now years for this app to work properly, but it still isn’t working properly.

It should not require me to put my last name in the last name field each time I come in to do an edit and to make all of these silly changes that I’ve already made.

If this isn’t fixed soon I will abandon this and just throw in the towel.

Tired of the inconsistency

I would honestly hold my breath when trying to tap the card to someone else’s phone. Worked half the time when the links came up.

Tried to re-enroll my card to my already existing profile on my new phone and got the error: NFC does not exist.

I CANNOT open my profile to edit anything (links, picture, etc), it crashes before I even press anything. If you read this comment, I’m iPhone 12. Maybe the next update will fix it, but it’ll just crash something else or break again in the next update. That’s the pattern I experienced.

Been a waste of space in my phone and wallet.

Working Okay

Just wanted to ask if you could fix the change profile pic button as I keep trying to change my profile picture to a different one and it just forever loads and doesn’t change must be Glitch or bug of some sort pls fix thanks otherwise great app!

Loved the App, Now Need Designers to fix bugs

I’ve had the app/card for years. I used to love the app, there hasn’t been an update in almost a year (I’m talking simply fixing the bugs.) Now my app constantly crashes and I can’t get in. Please Help

Nothing special

The idea of smart business card is pretty good having said that, this developer didn’t work on the quality of the product and just wanted to sell as much as they could without investment some money back in the project, such a shame

Hi Mark, it may seem like that and we apologize. We invested millions into this company as a family startup the past 7 years trying to make difference in the way we network today. We had a great run in 2019-2020 but then covid hit us and the world came to a stop. Our team did everything they could during those times not realizing the impacts the pandemic had in out market for (social interacting). In all honesty, we barely survived and now we are coming back harder than ever. We have pushed several updates and have a major update coming soon! Thank you.
