Glitchy & Quirky - Still !

I was one of the early adopters, to this day even with the paid subscription it’s glitchy and irksome. Near the point of selecting a different provider. Frustrating, customer service even with the monthly sub is close to zero

Great idea for business but…

The whole idea of it is great. It did work for a couple months but now for some reason it’s hard for the phones to pick up the cards signal. I hold it against the back, the way I’ve always done it before, but now it seems to just take forever and I look like an idiot in front of a potential client trying to get them my info with the nfc link. Also, I receive payment through zelle and for some reason the link to zelle doesn’t even work. It just gives me an error page and just hasn’t worked from the very beginning. It frustrating because it’s not the only link that doesn’t work there’s more. Idk this is my personal experience with it, may be different from yours but maybe I got a bad card or something. The most upsetting thing about this is my friend had bought an electronic business card as well, for only $10 … and it performs better then this one that i paid triple that for this business card. I just wanted to share this. Thank you.

Would give it 5 but…

Excellent product the only issue is that the physical blue card has a bad habit of not working randomly, even when NFC is verified to be on and working… Will update to 5 if I can get assistance on this issue…

Nothing sets them apart

Honestly I have had a blue card for years- in that time there have been no huge improvements an with the accessibility of what they're offering you can get it anywhere. PLUS- they don't have any customization option for your card- I want there name I'd rather have My Business name.
It works but there's nothing that helps them stand out from others offering the same thing.

Honestly… this is the future!

I was skeptics about this app but after downloading and using it a few times, it really is innovative!

The Next BIG Thing

Looking forward to everything that this company has in store. They’ve only scratched the surface at what is possible with their app’s Bluetooth technology and platform. Better keep an eye out!

Ehhh

Mostly I just had this in the back ground. Haven’t had a real chance to use it yet as you know. COVID. But editing my profile has some how is more cumbersome than it was before.

That being said - I started getting super unnecessary notifications. I hate the world we live in now where every single insignificant app must notify you several times a day for no other reason than to make you open its app.

DONT BE THAT APP BLUE. Do not notify people unnecessarily for the sake of notifying them. Do better.

Game Changer

Blue is a game changer! Whenever I show it to someone that I meet in person, they always are amazed! When not in person, I send my virtual business card link & that always gets positive feedback. As a reference, I never liked the idea of paper business cards & not being able to change the layout in real time. If there ever was a change to make, I would have to cross out & write the correction. However, with Blue, these changes are easily made and reflect in real time. I notice that Blue constantly add new innovative features to their program that the competition hasn’t done - and for this reason I choose Blue instead of others. An additional bonus is that their customer service is always so helpful!

Not only that, but technology has allowed us to rethink how we interact so its fun to be social, allowing us all to reap the benefits of easily forming genuine connections in an otherwise disconnected world.
