  • Never Got Our Food

    Used the app as advertised at Skyline Drive-In in Shelbyville, IN. Ordered and paid for food at 9:45 PM. App always said food would be ready in 30 minutes. At 11:40 PM we left after the first movie. The snack stand said the software doesn't work. Paid nealry $40 and got nothing.

    Had to download to order food from the drive-in since Covid interactions are limited. when I went to make an account The submit button wouldn’t work so I ended up with no food for the movie. Worse app don’t even work

  • Horrible Service

    Ordered from a venue with fan food representatives on site. The ordered stayed in the first phase of “kitchen notified”. The kitchen never received the order but we’re accommodating. The fan food representatives on site were not helpful and could not help with the order.
  • Not very Apple friendly and didn’t work.

    Filling out the account information was painful. If it uses the wallet, I didn’t see it and I use the wallet multiple times every day.

    I will reserve further judgement until I actually use it to order.

    Now I have used the App. I was able to use the wallet to order my food. It does seem odd that the developer uses the wallet, yet you cannot fill out cc information using autofill. That said, I will try and delete my cc info and use only the wallet.

    From the order on, it was pretty much disaster. My wife and I each made separate orders. Hers never got past “received”. Mine got to the second step. Both, eventually got refunded, but we couldn’t order food at the venue while the original order was in process. By the time we got the issue resolved, the food we wanted was out.

    Also, it surprises me that you need a coupon code for the first time, when you could easily progam first time use in. Others do.

    I also lost my $2.00 off deal and that has not been resolved.

    I likely won’t use this app again. The risk is much lower waiting in line.
  • Horrible

    What happened to human service?? Ordered for our family during a basketball game. Got wrong order and missing fries. Tried to “live chat” with customer service and got no response. Since then have emailed for a refund and still no response. Would have loved a person to speak with instead of this.

    Wow I will never stand in concession lines ever again. Why wasn’t this app developed years ago?

    Save your time. Don’t load this App. Didn’t even have all the food choices available in the ballpark. Deleted within 5 minutes.
