It’s a waste of time! The regular line moves faster than this! Never ever again!
Love this app! The drivers and bikers are always cool they deliver right to the door and i am happy I get McDonald's without getting up !!! Evolution of food is crazy
This app is terrible. I used it recently and the app constantly crashed which should’ve been red flag #1. It took forever to get my order and when it did come my drinks were warm and the food was cold. Additionally, I think I had some fraudulent charges on my card after using this. DO NOT USE!!!
Used it in Durham. The wait time said 14 minutes and 30 minutes in it still said “order placed”. The food then arrived 50 minutes after being ordered and one of the chicken tenders and fries had no tenders, only fries. On top of that, the app is poorly built, it’s hard to press the menu button and there’s no way to ask for ketchup/mustard. I will not be using again.

We appreciate you gave FanFood a try at Durham and sincerely apologize for the poor experience you had. The wait time is calculated once an order is grabbed (based on prior logic) to when the order is delivered. Fans have the option to cancel the order prior to it being accepted for a complete refund.

They have not even responded to chat for this refund. Deleting this junk once I get my money back, if I ever do....
Downloaded the app, our stadium is not listed, but the concessions use this app. No FAQ’s available to troubleshoot. Tried the "live help" but no one responded and it’s been over an hour.
So nice, I never had to leave my seat!!
I’m in Durham on an iPhone X. It was awesome! Fast delivery! The app’s tough, though. The back button doesn’t always work. Had to shut down to restart my order a few times. Gratuity only allows for a few choices - it would be better to be able add a custom tip , or better - to add the tip AFTER delivery. A place for notes would be helpful, too.... I got a hot dog and would have liked mustard and relish! Same for the chicken tenders - some ranch would have been good. Also, napkins would be smart with food. Finally, the delivery bag was huge. I didn’t want or need it, and seems wasteful. If the delivery guy could spend a moment, he could’ve used a reusable bag. Recognizing that some of these things are particular to this location where the service is new, overall, I liked it! Loved it, even!
