Update: the developers have worked very hard to make the app work with iOS 11 and beyond. One major problem with the latest 2-3 builds- I don’t get notified of new jobs put into the app the way I used to. Rather, notifications are kaput, missing, extinct, MIA, gone. Please fix. This is kind of crucial.
Ever since the update and subsequent reinstall due to crashing splash screens, the Nextstop software doesn’t notify me when Nextstop hasn’t synced. I have it set to alert me after 5 minutes and I’ll come back to the app and it’ll say Nextstop hasn’t synced for 10,18 minutes, sometimes hours, once, it didn’t sync for 20 HOURS. This is unacceptable.
Additionally, the app doesn’t audibly announce that there’s a new work order. Until I open the app. 😞
Please fix this. It’s having a massive deleterious effect on my work. Nextstop was great before the update. I really wish I just hadn’t updated it. Will change number of stars once the app is fixed.Show lessEagle Lobes
Frustrating
I can’t log in my counts at my stops. Happened out of no where. This app needs some serious work...Stormiee
Annoying
App work ok for the most part, there are just few annoying things that I have a hard time with.
1, the keyboard. Why does it need to automatically pop up and get in the way on EVERY SCREEN?
2, Why does it let you close out a job before you’ve even arrived or completed the Pickup/first stop? Dumb.
I’m not IT programmer, but I’d think this would be easy enough to fix.Show lessdfingerlin

Where to begin:
Bugs from past versions still exist, as mentioned below. New issues include:
Keyboard glitches and misses initial key strokes, scrolling up and down the list is stuttery, and it won't save any changes or completed stops offline for later sync. Onces it syncs, anything that was not completed while online will need to be signed again.
Other apps update in the background without the need for all-time location access. Why do I need to grant full location access just for that privilege?
Convoluted menus does not help get around the apps faster, not helps me scan for parcels painlessly. It takes too many taps for a simple scan of an unexpected parcel.Show lesstech_n_fitness
Keyboard popping up when closing out stops
This is by far the most annoying thing about this app besides the app not alerting you when you have a updated new work order please fix it.Joelaka93rd
Downgrade
2.2.13 was a step in the WRONG direction. App insists the “Always” be selected in Location Services, but Always IS NOT AN AVAILABLE OPTION IN THE SETTINGS. Apparently simple proofreading is now beyond CXT’s capability.danometer

Ok app
For the most part the app works ok. I like the built in GPS. When our company switched to it it was easy to learn. With the last 3 updates it continues to log you out. Had gotten worse since the last update today it logged me out at least 5 times. I worry if my data gets lost and if I'll get paid fir a job. Needs to be fixed.Show lessSheri Kusar
