Keyboard issue
The keyboard won't go away while completing stops. It blocks the (done) and (collect signature) buttons so stops can't be finished.

This app is horrible
I deliver for a company by the name of Beavex and they have forced us to use this app on our phones and then charging us to use it. I thought maybe it would help keep my deliveries more organized but I have found that it is nothing but a headache.Garage_hound77
Less than zero
I've been using this app for over a year and it's pretty terrible. It's incredibly buggy. Most of the time on the fringes of network coverage this app won't work at all. It eats tons of data trying to reach network servers only to fail, miserably. There's been updates, but none worth a pile. It only adds insult to injury that the company I contract for charges me a lot to use this pile, weekly. I don't know if devs get a chunk, but if so, they're not holding up their end very well. And I don't get paid if I am not 100% compliant with this app and with its bugs it's a wonder I get paid at all. Please start practically over again and make something that works off network and on fringe and with far less data requirements. AND THE TOP REVIEW WITH 5 STARS IS A DEVELOPER, NO DOUBT. All other reviews for this and it's previous incarnation are literal junk. Anyone actually using this app in the field would agree it's terrible. There are much better apps. Works like it should
I have been using this app for some time now at my work. The app has had a few bugs but nothing major. I use it on a iPhone 6s and it works flawlessly. What I have noticed when providing tech support at work is that 95% of the issues that are happening is user error not the app. Keep up the good work CXT and I look forward to the progression of the app.Show lessTechnology Support Specalist

Getting there but still needs some work
1. If you could add an active order count somewhere on the top that would be awesome.
2. needs an update on the borders separating the orders, as is makes it slightly hard to distinguish which order is which when you have multiple orders.

No sound
I have no sound on my iPhone 6plus everything is checked green like it should be but if the screen is off I got no sound only the banner whit the notification but no soundJamurcia
Keyboard!!!!!!
The keyboard keeps popping up in the way and there is only a hide keyboard button while in landscape mode. But app is unreadable in landscape mode. iphone 5s 10.2. Please fix!!!!!Onstilt
Keyboard Issue
The keyboard comes up all the time! Even when is not needed. For example, when i finish scanning and ready to close the stop i have to rotate my phone sideways and pull down the keyboard! Very annoying!! Please fix thanks.Loqkocraszy
