I’ve banked with UCCU for nearly 6 years. In the last year, they have been terrible. They is often issues logging into the app. Recently they had updates where I couldn’t access the app at all that day. It continued to say that my credentials were incorrect, when they were, in fact, not. There was no heads up regarding updates or issues. Additionally, a couple a weeks ago, there was a notice about a limit on debit card purchases one day. Never heard of that in my whole life. There was not information about a timeframe either.
They also have no customer service on the weekends so if you have an issue on, arguably, the most frequently used financial institution days of the week for consumers, you’re phucked. Such is the case for me today. I am unable to get into my account to use Zelle. Hate it here.
