Looks nice and get the Job done.
Yes, it doesn’t have all the fancy features from the big banks, but it has a nice looking interface, has no obvious bugs/glitches that I can see, and gets the job done. Not sure why it is rated so low.
I guess it depends on your expectations; I knew that switching from Bank of America to a local credit union that the technology experience wasn’t going to be nearly as fancy.
I can manage all my accounts including checking, savings, auto loan, and credit card including making making payments and transfers. Works well enough for me.Show lessxXx State of the Union
Horrible app
This app is beyond frustrating. It doesn’t recognize my password but when I log on through the regular site there is no problem. I’ve changed my password numerous times, deleted and reinstalled the app and it hasn’t helped. I still cannot use the app. Therefore I cannot connect this account to my USAA account so all my accounts are in one view.Show lessLRA1013
Great organization
I have been a member of this CU for 25 years, and I have always received excellent service. I have also found their loan services to be simple and straightforward, not to mention the low interest rates. I would encourage anybody to use this Credit Union.NW40167
