It’s awkward for reading restaurant menus
The Royal senses resort in Crete only allows you to order food off of this app - there are no printed menus at the pool. The last thing I want to bring with me to the pool is my phone. When I’m on a vacation in Greece, I want to disconnect from work, my phone, and all technology. So I had to borrow a waitresses’ phone that was formatted in Greek in order to read a six page menu written in three languages on a 3 inch screen in the sun. They need to offer printed menus so people don’t need to use their phones while they’re at the pool

Does not work
The app kept saying we were not checked in. Then the code didn’t work and we are not even able to log in. This is extremely frustrating as the resort we are staying at does all of their cabana ordering through the app. If you are a resort thinking about using this app don’t.
Problem with bookings
When i try to book sports activities (eg Hatha yoga) for 3 people, and try to enter the name, it automatically scrolls to the bottom of the screen and I can’t enter the names.
Great hotel but poor info on the app
The hotel is lovely and the service is great, but the app does have a lot of incorrect info. For example restaurant opening times are wrong so on the first day we missed dinner, we were unable to book a restaurant but walked in with no problem. The map is missing many of the facilities. It suggests you can have whatever coffee you like, but ask for anything in particular and you get something else. Nothing in it about room service or breakfast times.
The hotel is great, but if you are going to have an app in place of the more traditional book of info in the room then it needs to be up to date and with everything in it.

Great service great food great drinks.
Full mix of nations at the site so feels like you are abroad.
Had a couple of problems with Rooms and aircon, these were resolved quickly, and always with a room upgrade.
Celebrating my birthday with my family, they all really enjoyed the week away , saying that they would come back again on their own.
Hopefully it wasn’t something I said!

Great app, helped make my vacation easier.
Love this app! Ordered my drinks from the pool bar and booked some activities for my kids . All on the app! Would recommend to anyone staying at a resort with exclusivi

Did not work.... by pool and wants secret code..... I don’t have. It’s probably in the room.
