Absolutely horrible experience
You can FORGET ABOUT EASE AND CONVENIENCE making any changes/adjustments to your flight or even simply gathering trustworthy information with this airline. Tried to change a flight but their phone service isn’t available until late mornings (unless you want to talk to a useless robot). Even then once you get ahold of a living human being they direct you to a back to an online chat through the app. In the app you’ll find even a more un inclined inconsistent experience, most tools and services they provide DO NOT WORK. The help I received through their chat was no help at all with them NOT BEING TRUTHFUL about what had and hadn’t been “fixed” on the app. At the end was unable to change my flight due to THEIR waste of MY time and lack of knowledge of their own expiry policy. I ended up requesting a refund only because I had time stamps of all the errors they had on the app even after getting in contact with someone who would supposedly help. Save your time, energy, and money and choose any other airline or honestly take a train or even a boat at this point.

Glitch in documents for check in to the UK
The app allowed my daughter to check in for a flight to the UK with EU ID card. The staff at the gate would not change it to a passport and she was denied boarding due to this glitch. Terrible experience with waste of time and money which could be prevented if the app was sensitive to what document can be used for check in.

Terrible Experience with Ryanair Customer Service Unfortunately, our experience with Ryanair was terrible. We had everything in order: check-in completed and we arrived at the gate on time with two carry-on bags. At first, we were told the bags were too large to bring on board without paying extra, even though they fit the required dimensions once adjusted properly. Instead of offering courteous assistance, the staff created obstacles, insisting on a charge even though the bags fit perfectly in the designated measuring devices. This led to a tense interaction where I raised my voice out of frustration, but this only made matters worse. The staff then closed the gate, saying it was too late to board and that we’d have to purchase a new flight. In summary, the customer service was unacceptable—rude and unhelpful. We felt treated with a lack of respect and were forced to buy an additional flight due to their inefficiency. This experience left us deeply disappointed and has made us lose confidence in Ryanair’s service. Deleted my account and I have sworn to never use them again
