Checkin fees and app doesn’t work to verify passport.
Besides the ridiculous and expensive check in fee at the airport, in order to check in online as a non-EU citizen you need to scan you passport through the app. Problem is the app doesn’t work when scanning no matter who I spoke to or what I’ve done although you can verify it at the airport but then, you guessed it, you pay the ridiculous fee to print out the boarding pass even if it wasn’t your fault on your end. Spend a few more bucks to fly a different airline it’ll end up saving you from the stupid fees and stress this airline brings. Probably the worst budget airline I’ve flown with.
