The app and online banking are always down, I can never log in

This app is not my favorite at all. It’s very hard to use and has minimal features. Overall a terrible app. Doesn’t let me move money how I want. Face ID never works. Will log me out after a few seconds and not let me back in for hours. Awful app. Do not use

Get it together
Your app mostly never works. I can’t even sign in 90% of the time. If this is the best you can do just shut it down and offer your website.

This app is always down and not working on a weekly basis, and is extremely inconvenient for when you need to get to your money NOW. I think I will be taking my business to another bank now

I cant get into my account 3/4 of the time due to app not working
Unable to download latest compatible version
The app requires the latest operating version. It gives a pop-up that customers can download the latest compatible version but when you click “download”, nothing happens. Customer service’s response was that we’ll need to buy a newer device. One was just purchased in 2018. All 4 of our mobile devices are too old. So, no mobile check deposits.

App Needs To Be Fixed
I like the bank but the mobile app locks up constantly. I have to remove the app and download all the time. Twice a week at minimum.
