Frustrating
Never lets my phone store ID and password so that I have to look it up manually. Bugs me to write reviews too often.
Very Buggy After Update
Every time I try to use my app after this last update, I get an error pop up. Super annoying. Didn’t have this issue prior to the update.
More errors than not lately .-.
It’s extremely glitchy and has been slowly getting more and more errors. I cannot view my balance on certain days/times, and today, around the holidays, it won’t let me log in (keeps giving me errors). I opened this account for my business to try to stay local but it’s getting to the point I’m about to give up and transfer elsewhere.

They need to fix this
Seems time and time again when I go to check my account it won’t let me check my own account. Won’t let me log into the account or anything until hours later. This happens all the time and it’s unfair that I log in like I always do but yet it gives an error and won’t let me check my own account. This needs to be fixed.

BOI App
Always easy to use and clear path to functions. Thank you! Keeps it easy.
Note tabs
I love love love this app. We use it very often to check our bank accounts. One thing I wish was an option for transferring money from different accounts is to have a note section. It would help me remember why I transferred money.
Password input for internal transfer?
This app is really useful, as it allows us to carry out most of our banking transactions without using the not-so-phone-friendly website. It is great that fingerprint ID is enabled, but for some reason, I need to put in my password to transfer money between my accounts. This is very inconvenient for me, particularly for multiple transfers, so I find myself using the website more than I want to because I only need a password once to complete my banking.

Banking
Bank of Idaho has a very user friendly app with a handy deposit feature. I appreciate banking with a community bank that invests in my banking experience.
