Great concept, needs improvements
For the most part I love the app and everything I can do in it, especially since it’s in my opinion the best free Keto app on the App Store. One thing I would change is that when your adding items to your shopping cart, sometimes you need the same item for multiple recipes but it won’t combine the quantities, so today I had 3 bottles of olive oil pop up on my list even though I only needed the 1 bottle for all 3 recipes. Another thing I noticed is that the nutritional facts when scanned into the app don’t match up with the labels on the products. I knew that I was within my carb intake but in the app it said that I wasn’t. All in all it’s a great app and I recommend it to anyone on the Keto/ low carb diet.Show lessAceboogie60653
Charged me for one year automatically
Don’t even download this app. It forced me to start free trial when I first downloaded the app. I deleted the whole app on the same day downloaded it then I got my bill says I’m charged for £35, a cost for a whole frocking year. Yet I can’t even request a refund. I would be willing to pay if I had a choice for the contract length but no. THIS IS FILTHYShow lesswhyisthisneccersary
Deceptive
This app is very deceptive. I opened it, and it said three days for free, and then there’s a $40 charge. I immediately closed and deleted the app. The next day I get an email from Apple stating there’s a charge of $40 pending against my credit card for purchasing this app which I never agreed to do. I emailed them that it’s a unauthorized charge and “unsubscribed” to the app. When I opened it in the App Store to warn people, I noticed it still says I am subscribed. In all of the years, I’ve been downloading apps, I’ve never come across anything like this. It’s quite dishonest.Show lessanncp7
Don’t waste your money
This app does not work. Don’t waste your money. Since the time of purchase I have not been able to open this app. I have written numerous emails to their support group to get them to fix the problem and they tell me I have to purchase it again because of an IOS issue which they should have known from the beginning it didn’t work. FAKE PICTURES for their recipes !!!
I made the bagel recipe first because the picture on the app made it look amazing! Now I'm not saying the bagel turned out horrible or anything, it was quite edible, HOWEVER, they used stalk pictures from the internet of the bagels completely misrepresenting what it would actually look like. I found the same exact (down to the number of poppy and sesame seeds) picture of that bagel online in an advertisement... it has several different angled shots taken .... RIDICULOUS!Show lessKrunnah
Clean looking app but some features broken
I have a yearly subscription, but the app deletes my saved recipes every time I close it. I can go into the settings to manage and restore “purchases” which sometimes repopulated my saved recipes, sometimes not. There is no direct option for help or to contact support, which I would expect.
On the settings page there is no back button or navigation to get back to the main page. Fortunately you can swipe back, but it’s not intuitive for a site that is pretty clean otherwise.
The “getting to Ketosis faster” has said “coming soon” since I subscribed months ago.
I will not be purchasing another year subscription if the features aren’t fixed.Show lessDC1300
