Can’t logon
I can’t logon using the same user/password that I use to logon via the web interface. If I select ‘forgot password’, it doesn’t send a password reset e-mail.magellan599
Useless
Not worthy of 1 star, once you open a document you can’t go back to Home Screen, need to delete the app and reload only to repeat every time you open a single document.. needs fixingBlondicure
Woefully Bad
When you have steam coming out of your ears due to your OC stiffing you again, then the last thing you need when try to use the app to review the ledger is for it to crash at every single basic action.

Can’t get support
We have this app through our body corporate which is used for all lot owners. The community wall function where are able to post comments does not function. Our body corporate claims they are working on implementing this as though it’s their app. I tried contacting the developer and there is a massive amount of information and forms you have to filling out to contact them. They obviously don’t want to support their product.Show lessSolugus

Stuck in construction mode
It’s stuck in construction mode, which appears to be a random error affecting me because it’s working fine for a friend. Nothing I do seems to help, including reinstalling.DUINGWMFRMVC

Dreadful App
This is the worst app ever! I have been trying for 2 years to log in using the same details I log into the web portal and always told my log in details are incorrect! When is this going to be fixed?!JX 0786
Passcode setup error
When setting up passcode for the first time, a single press on 0 enters two 0’s. This continues to happen when logging in later. Tried to submit feedback via the app, but get an error saying feedback couldn’t be submitted. Otherwise should hopefully be handy for things like voting papers etc.SaltyBagle
Still Garbage
Will not accept password, even after going down to a basic password. Their web based client at least works, but it’s not all that much better
