Yay no more password change required
They have finally fixed the odd requirement to change your password on first sign in to the app. Thank Goodness.

Continually ‘under construction’
Was only able to set an account up and log in once before it seemed to crash. Now whenever I try to log in I get a message to say the app is under construction and that they’re experiencing an issue. Would have thought the last update would fix this but no. Useless app and no point having it.SC2710
Sub-standard
This is a dreadful app. Not only was it very difficult to set up, for example prompting such things as a spell check for the answer to the secret question, annoyingly it remains in portrait mode only, not ideal for use on landscape format devices like tablets (especially those with keyboards). Hugely disappointed our apartment unit managers have picked up this sub-standard option.Show lessSealion92
Unimpressed
After using the app for 2.5 years with no issues, something had happened and I can no longer sign in, even after resetting my password (to the same password that it was initially), it is still saying incorrect username/password. But I can sign in with the exact same credentials using a web browser. Unimpressed.Show lessTinaaaaaasaaaaaaa
Crashes all the time.
I have tried this app on several occasions and it always fails to launch when logging in. Using latest iOS build. Would have given a zero if possible. Community portal directs me to download that has never worked. Login- crash

Poorly executed app
I can not log in, keeps telling me the user name and or password is incorrect. I know it’s right as the same details work in the web interface.Rugzeee
Cant login!
I just set up my account and then downloaded this app - but the un/pwd is not being accepted. Tried the ‘forgot pwd’ option but its not sending the password reset link. Useless!!sdurante
App never works
App never works with log in details provided by BC manager. I have to always go through the email link to approve invoices and log in. And many more issues with drop down options and buttons for Approval never work etc etcJavin dias
