HE Connect Softeners
• Monitor your system performance to know your softener is always working.

Since got the app it has been extremely flaky. After reading reviews others have similar issues. App data is accurate. It updates usage the next day not current. App will bypass but more often than not it does not state it is in bypass on app so you have to goto machine to turn bypass off. The app will still state bypass is off even though it is in bypass. WiFi connectivity to machine is also flaky. All other devices on my network have no issues but the HE. I have to power cycle the HE when it starts flaking out. Culligan says no one else has issue but in reading current reviews that is not true. Last 2 updates have made it less stable. Needs serious work
