  • App recommendation

    PLEASE update the app so that there is a way to schedule bypass times for the smart HE (water softener) system. So that I can schedule the bypass at the same time that my irrigation system runs and not ruin my lawn or inconvenience myself with having to do it in real time. The bypass device does not work unless you have a main line switch which a lot of people do not have on their systems. Being able to schedule the bypass will fix this problem. Thank you!
  • Needs Improvement

    I'm entering this review to report a bug. The Insights page shows the usage for the previous 7 days but the labels on the graph permanently show S S M T W T F. They do not match the actual abbreviations for the previous 7 days. For example, if you're viewing the chart on Tuesday (meaning the current day is Tuesday), the usage for Monday will show above the T for Thursday.
  • Won't Connect to Wifi

    This app was working fine til we had a power outage. Now it will not connect to the wifi at all. Tried deleting the app and reloading, nope. Everything else connects just fine.
  • Worthless app

    Great idea, except I have to manually bypass. There is no way to schedule it. Also, realized it was stuck in bypass mode today. Literally had to unplug and plug it back in for soft water… I hope. App is not connecting and registering, alright it thinks it is. Have reconnected to WiFi twice, not working. Looks like everything is fine! But not registering flow or anything. Figured this is what I would get.
  • Water Activity Graph is Inaccurate

    July 2024:
    1) The numbers on the graph are correct, but the days are wrong. It shows Saturday’s usage as tomorrow’s usage, Friday’s usage is shown as Sunday’s usage, etc.
    2) Today’s usage is wildly inaccurate, and has shown this same total for two days now.
  • new account & password reset function broken

    i am trying over and over to reset my password in vain. i am using older iphone7 with ios 15.8.2.

    when i put in my email for reset link and instructions to be sent to me the next and done as the case may be, the app does nothing at all. the cursor doesn't move from that point.

    when i try to set up another account with my nickname & email address, once i get my phone number in, the cursor doesn't move. it doesn't work for me. pls fix it.

  • Horrible, horrible app

    This app worked OK for the first month. My only complaint was the inability to schedule the bypass, forcing me to remember to bypass the softener on nights my lawn sprinklers ran. That was a pain, but was manageable. But now the app won't connect to the softener at all. Try to turn on the bypass and it just says "failed to perform the function". Over and over again. It doesn't matter if I'm standing right next to the softener. Then, after hours of frustration it finally turned on the bypass. Only for it to do the same thing when I try to start softening again. I've tried updating the app, reinstalling the app. Restarting my phone. Nothing helps. The app refuses to talk to the softener. And of course you can't manually do any of these functions on the softener, you can only use the app which doesn't work. At all. What a horrible experience. I called Culligan for support and they were not able to do anything. I strongly suggest you find a different water softener brand that uses better technology.
  • App works well, but needs a scheduled bypass feature

    The app works well, and the water softener is great. But having to manually turn on the bypass is a pain. Please add a feature that allows us to schedule bypass times and durations. That one change would make the app perfect.
  • Slow and sluggish freezes at times

    But sluggish at times freezes at times need to reset other than that. Seems to be working fine.
  • Doesn’t connect!

    After over a year this app still won’t connect to my system!
