    System performed as promised and it detected a major water leak at my home before the leak could perform further damage.
  • Weak App

    Lacks functionality. Is not user friendly. Waste of time.
  • Can’t connect

    Only thing I was able to do is create an account every time I try to set up wifi or connect it gives a code of com.aylanetworks.error.https error 1001. Would love to see if the app (as it seams like it may be handy) is good for the iPad hat it’s suppose to do.
  • Not very useful

    Haven’t found use for app yet. You have to manually record when adding salt instead of it reading the level automatically and telling you. When recording salt add only have few choices - can’t say 2/3 full has to be 1/2 or 3/4x hoping more improvements in future make it a great automation connection app at some point.

    Has never worked. Can’t even connect to the system to go through the setup process.
  • Good, but could be better

    I have a HE softener with Aqua Sensor. No “health” tracking (I think this is for RO systems only).

    As others have noted, it does not track salt automatically. This is a fine limitation for me.

    I have not had any issues with connection. The SMS alerts for “away monitor” and “connection lost” work quickly and as advertised.

    The good:
    Track water usage
    Remote bypass
    Digital manuals
    Error codes
    Vacation mode alerts (when manually set)

    The bad:
    Manual salt levels
    Lack of any other information
    Lack of frequent support. Last update was 1 year ago?

    Feature requests:
    1. Ability to see “monthly” and “yearly” water usage. Currently, you can only see “current flow”, “daily”, and “weekly”.
    2. Ability to check remaining softened water capacity
    3. Ability to check “next regenerate”
  • Remote automatic bypass

    Remote bypass is a good feature, what would make it great is if it could bypass in a schedule or integrate with Alexa to allow commands on schedule
  • Unstable connection

    I like the idea of the app, but I have had issues from day one with the app always losing connection to the unit throughout the day. It seems like every few minutes my notification goes off saying “ connection lost”. Then a few minutes later, “ connection re-established “. This goes on all day every 15-30 minutes.
  • Error code

    Keep getting error code and can’t register device. I have tried resetting the WiFi. Resetting the board and it’s been 2/3 times a day for a week still can’t get it working. It’s a joke!
  • Won’t update status

    Installed connect last night. Connected to softener. Tried updating usage and salt levels. Hasn’t updated in over 14hrs now. Who knows if it ever will. Def needs some work.
