I’ve been a card holder since 2018 and have not yet been disappointed with either my card cash back benefits or the customer service i’ve experience.
Their are a lot of different credit cards being offered in the market right now so it’s easy to randomly choose a card that will never be an obstacle its the benefits and customer service that separates the basics from the top tier and in my opinion my Apple card is in the top five tier.
I love the convenience of having my apple services being directly linked to my apple card that earns me 3% cash back on those charges which helps me earn my cash back faster which is a huge attraction to the card.
The fact that their is no annual fee is an even bigger plus because everyone wants to earn more for the usage of a card not for paying an annual fee which more credit card companies need to understand.
I will close with this my Golden Sachs Apple card has my business for as long as they wants it!!!

Super handy. When leaving the house, I always forget my leather wallet, but never forget my phone 👌🏽
Doesn’t allow store loyalty cards to be added
Although it says it does, there is no function button to add loyalty cards.
Not bad but could be better
Wallet is a decent app that valiantly tries to replace your physical wallet but doesn’t quite go all the way. Certain fundamental features such as the option to add identity cards/ drivers license are still missing in the UK and some nice-to-haves such as the ability to manually add loyalty/ membership cards are still missing. Some people may chalk that up as the fault of the card issuance entity but as an example, Google Wallet allows users to manually scan/ type unsupported cards into its digital wallet offering.
All in all, the app is fine but the lack of flexibility stops it from completely replacing your wallet (in certain regions, like the UK).

Security
Love the security and convenience of Apple wallet. I used to carry lots of cards around until my teenage son pointed out that it is much more secure to leave the cards at home (substantially reducing the risk of losing them). Ensuring my phone cannot be accessed without faceID and then the Applepay transaction also requiring the extra layer of its own faceID feels extremely secure. Have been using Apple Pay exclusively for probably 4 years and it has never let me down.

Revoking a pre-authorised payment
Apple Pay wallet doesn’t give you the option, the instructions “ how to” doesn’t work

Nicholas Van Setlak is my full name and the middle initial isn’t a V is a BIG D. But needless to say I love Apple products with all the security features that change so much. I feel secure leaving all my information on my phone because I know Apple will always make sure no one takes information and let’s humans suffer. I’m glad that I don’t have a lot of money to manage and only deal with my disability from having HIV. I would hope the wallet app doesn’t ruin the jobs of accountants, fact checkers, or people that didn’t do well in school, such as myself. I know I don’t have a lot of debt since I never took out credit cards but I definitely feel safe with Apple’s wallet. And with the iPhone 13 Pro Max that I own I’m sure Verizon is also working hand-in-hand with Apple to keep my assets safe and sound in my possession.

Random missing money
See, i use wallet as an everyday thing, in 2024 almost everything we use is digital like paying. Paying with wallet is easier because tap to pay is great, but keeping money in the app longer than a month or two money will either go missing without charge or they’ll randomly charge you even if you aren’t in debt. I am subscribed to 3 random companies that i haven’t taken notice to, But they give me random charges very often and usually i dont have much money in the app so they don’t have enough to charge me. But when i do it upsets me because i dont have a choice but to let them pay cause you cant cancel charges. Now i understand how bringing a possibility to cancel charges can make mayhem but also it could be great maybe it could only be for online charges in person it shouldn’t give you the option, Along with this maybe adding a yes or no choice to pay a certain place would be a good idea. On cash app there is an option to block certain companies and people if wallet had that too it would greatly uplift the app especially for unknown subscriptions. Please take this into consideration.

Pretty good but could be great
I like the convenience and generally it is very reliable.
But as I get more things added to my wallet they start becoming harder to find.
I’d love to see some better sorting/searching capability. Changing the order of the cards is good but only takes you so far. Ideally ability to have folders like tickets, credit cards, memberships, etc.

Worst pay
For last 3 months the wallet has not worked at all. Every time I try to pay the card just drops down to bottom of its screen and keep asking for me to double click. Which I keep on doing but the card will not change back to pay position on top of screen and no payment are ever made.
This is the worst thing as never carry my wallet along due to in habit of using Apple pay. Have gone to Apple store and all they asked for me to update.
Got the recent IOS but not a things changed. We spend so much money buying these phones at least apple can provide service that gets issues resolved in timely manner. Then this review things pops up. Worst timing as I am here trying to make Apple pay work.
