Incorrect Merchant Name Appears
I am finding that when I use my Apple wallet to pay for items at a retail store, Apple wallet is incorrectly showing a different merchant name. Apple needs to address this immediately because I didn’t shop at the store that they’re saying that I shopped at!! I can’t believe that they’re able to get away with something like this. Terrible, terrible support. They is no way to change it as an end user other than reporting a ticket to the air that gets unresolved. No one responds or says anything after these reports are made. I even spoke with American Express and they too don’t understand why Apple wallet continues to incorrectly report merchant names for businesses that may have changed their MID Descriptor.
Full Disclosure- I did this as the actual business owner as a test from my personal card to observe the full circle process and I can confirm that through our Merchant Services account everything is setup correctly. This issue is a failure of Apple connect and/or Apple maps and it’s failure to integrate with Merchant processing.Show lessAriel9REL
Apple Wallet
Such a good app. I struggled to learn new apps but once learnt I find it quite good as you can put different levels of security. Initially didn’t really use it much but got caught out a few times needing to make purchases & did not have my purse with me & luckily remembered at the rill point about wallet so really pleased. It’s too easy to use & spend too much even when you keep an eye on your budgeting as it is so accessible 24/7. Beware 😅😂🤣 although wordy hope you find this helpful.Show less1961PF
Apple’s “Wallet App” Could Be Better!
The idea behind the wallet is to be used as a safe place to carry all of your Credit Cards instead of carrying them individually where your cards could be forgotten at the last place you used one of them or stolen by a pickpocket! I must admit this alleviates carrying a physical wallet plus your phone when now you have one less object to remember to carry each and every day. After all, who carries cold hard cash anymore? When paying with cash, you seem to receive cash back only to unload all of the coins you received that day, thrown into a large container so you have to deal with them at a later date! There isn’t a place today that doesn’t except credit cards! This has really made my life easier plus I no longer have this unsightly bulge in one of my pants pockets!
Now, if ONLY I was able to use the “Wallet App” online to pay for merchandise I wish to purchase, no matter what browser I’m using, I would gladly give Apples “Wallet App” 5 Stars out of 5 as it would really be useful to me and everyone else as well!Show lessSteveARosa

I just want to think Apple for all the work they do for helping me when I see items on my bill being charged for things. I do not know about. I don’t know how they do it and they don’t even say what they are for. Thank you for looking into things if I am wrong when I request something then I apologize. Thank you for checking into things and making it right. I will pay it if I don’t believe I owe it. I will let you know. I will acknowledge that and take care of it. But there are companies that will charge you once and then keep charging you for something you’re not even receiving that sad that they could do that. You are Always on top of things and Sachs always on top of things. Again I just wanna thank you for helping me. my husband and I are both retired and as I said I’ll pay for what I owe. Transformational
After years of scepticism I decided to take a big leap and after research I opted for wallet on my new iPhone. I should have done it a long time ago. I am better able to manage my budget and monitor all transactions as they happen. Keeping records of purchasing could never be simpler and I feel I have cast of the scepticism shadow for good as I venture further into all the other benefits that many pensioners line me would benefit from. Great but needs a couple of KEY simple changes
We have multiple credit cards that look the same and it’s hard to quickly identify them. It would be so simple for them to give you the ability to add a nickname and even better upload your own optional image.
My wife went to put this suggestion in and found 3000 other people had the same suggestion yet still nothing has changed here in years.

I love my wallet
Ok where to start, so there is literally NOTHING wrong with this app… if you are having issues with it you probably just don’t have money, this app is sooooo helpful because all I have to do is open my phone open the app and tap to pay like it’s as simple as that… I would recommend everyone getting this app because it’s so easy and relevant and it’s not only for your credit card you can have all you favorite stores and restaurants gift cards on here it truly is you wallet and you don’t even have to worry about someone stealing it because it’s in your phone (unless someone steels you phone but that honestly just a you problem) anyway I would recommend it,it’s totally worth the money… oh wait it doesn’t cost anything but that money that you would be spending on this app (which your not) GOES RIGHT INTO YOUR WALLET, WHICH COINCIDENTALLY IS IN YOUR PHONE ON THIS LOVELY APP….so get the app it cost nothing and it’s quite and easy.Show lessaddicted to cookies!

The Snakehive phone case is a very nice bit of kit that improves with use, wearing in nicely. I subject my things to robust use and the previous case stood up really well, showing ageing rather than wear and tear after two years of rough treatment. I passed my previous one on to my son as it was still in very good condition, and he loves it. The three credit card slots are useful if you don’t want to haul your whole wallet along, and is a facility I often make use of when out in the evenings. Connected bank accounts feature request
Being able to connect my accounts and view the last three years transactions would be a game changer if I could also search to find a transaction or set of transactions. My bank doesn’t provide this either, meaning a time consuming individual monthly statement download and search for every month. 12 months x 3 years = 36 searches.Show lessDan Co11ins
