Great only needs a dark mode

I just updated the app and nothing was fixed. I can’t use the lists nor tracking my order. I can’t see my order history. I can’t add my shukrun card to my wallet

Broken items

Received items broken from the box, therefore unable to assemble. Customer service wasn’t much help and said we will contact you, doesn’t know when replacement will arrive or if it is even available. Do not waste your money, look elsewhere.

Worst online experiences!!!

I have ordered a few times from the baby shop and I have had the worst experience with pick up and delivered items with pick up I was given the wrong box and realised when I got home and I had to drive all the way back to the store again! On a second occasion I ordered children’s shoes and when I received them they looked like they were already used and had dirty marks all over the leather and the last order was baby pacifiers in pink what I received was blue and when I call the phone lines are very unclear and I keep getting cut off and having to call again, then on two occasions I was told to take pictures of the items and email them when I did they would tell me oh it’s due to the lighting and you will not always receive the same exact product what?!!!! I don’t have time to fix the faults that are done from your side!! I am very dissatisfied and disappointed and will never ordering from Babyshop again!!!

Useless & Complete Waste of Time!

Useless app and a complete waste of time, can’t even log in with my account the catting bot service is beyond imagination it first asks you if it was able to resolve the issue, then all you get is sorry we were unable to resolve your issue 🤣...

Other than that can’t even login to my account... total waste of time.
