Waste of time
The most waste-of-time shopping app out there! All of the company’s stores’ apps are the same! I’ve tried the centrepoint, as well as the baby shop app, only to have different issues with both! I’d been trying to place an order for days but it wasn’t allowing me to get to the checkout page. I e-mailed customer service; no response. I called several times and talked to someone each time only to be told to e-mail them because it’s a “technical” issue and they can’t do anything about it! I missed out on several promotional periods because of their lack of support and “technical difficulties” with these apps. Also, the prices in the app show them on sale but once you add them to your cart the price goes back to the original... i had another issue with my total going UP for using my VISA even though i should’ve SAVED 10%! Save yourself the headache and don’t even bother with these stores.smfs2016
Very disappointed
Very Disappointed with my first online purchase. Have ordered toys for my nephew and got very much disappointed with what i got. Toys not working properly although i hav changed batteries. If u put things on discount atleast mention that they r defoalt . I hve been a customer of babyshop since long but my first online purchase with babyshop was a failure indeedxhhhhgjhhhhhhhhhgghjbbggg
