Can’t login or go backwards
It wants a login and password, but I never got one. I only have an activation code for the TK-App in the mail. This app is frozen in this state and consuming 400mb of precious phone memory.

Kaum eine App die in Deutschland für Versicherungs-, Banking- und Verwaltungsaufgaben von verschiedensten Institutionen erdacht und angeboten werden, kommen nur zu einem Bruchteil an die Funktionalität, Zuverlässigkeit und Kompetenz von Personal und back office SOPs ( Standard Operating Proceedures ) heran. Sehr beeindruckend. So etwas passiert nicht über Nacht oder durch Zufall. Wehweisend.

Simple smooth interface, perfect for easy customer access and use. Very svelte!
Could be better
The app itself is very solid, but every time there is an update, I have to log in again and enter the activation code that is sent by regular mail.
This is awful and means that I have to look thru my mail every time I open the app and want to use it.

Hello, we apologize for the circumstances the update has caused. Basically you should not have to enter the activation code again after an update. The activation code should only be necessary for the first registration or for changing your smartphone. If there are any more problems please contact our support via tk.app@tk.de. Bad App
I had to restart all challenges, and my progress was gone on switching my device. I would rather switch to other insurance companies like AOK, whose bonus programmes are fair, and don’t delete your progress.

Die Handhabung zum Einreichen der Krankmeldung per App ist sehr bedienungsfreundlich, schnell und komfortabel. Es ist einfach und funktioniert bestens, und ich habe umgehend eine Bestätigung per E-Mail erhalten.
Great app!
I love that I can send information and documents right in the app and manage the bonus program completely. I also love the TK Fit challenge. It really motivates me to get moving every week. The app has a great look too.
