It won’t work
I redownloaded that app after a while and when I sign in with my information it just says review your info then after that it’s says a few questions and after I answer those it say something’s wrong street is required enter and try again. I keep doing it and it just says that same thing over and over and I tried installing it and uninstalling it and it’s still does not work.Show lessDark voyedger
The app stopped working
I’ve been using this app for a while, but now every time I try to log in it asks me to review my information and then says I still need to fill out my info when everything is already filled in🤔 I don’t know what happened but it won’t let me proceed past this screen or exit out of it so I just deleted it since I couldn’t use it anymore.Show lessElora18
Can’t log in to my account
I made an account a long time ago since my bf wanted some stuff. I only logged in once. I’ve been meaning to buy him some cross earrings from there but now when I try to sign in it keeps saying the password is wrong so I tried with one of my older emails but it kept switching to the one I put in first. I pressed the “forgot password” and haven’t received an email. I can’t make a new account since i still have the same number. Honestly why have an app that you can’t even sign into🙄Show lessCassiCatt22
cool shop and stuff
zumiez is great. i’ve been shopping there for 5+ years now and the selection of brands, new brands being trends, etc, i’ve bought multiple boards and sets there. nothing there i haven’t bought really.
only downside of the app is, nobody would have the app if they could just go to the website (unless the website doesn’t run well). the only problem i have is, you can only sign in using via email, which is standard but why not include the birthdate or your phone number? can’t sign in online or the app because i don’t know what email it’s under but i can’t make a new account because i have the same phone number. i feel like it’s common for credentials to be email or phone number not one or the other.Show lessinsta@ Icyy.13
Good but...
First off let me say that I LOVE this app it helps me get points for purchases and stuff it's just a really good app. However, for the past 3 days or so I have had to login to my zumiez account every time I open the app it's really annoying because it wasn't like this before. Unable to Reset Password
I’ve tried every password I have ever had to log back into my account that i was somehow logged out of and was continuously told that my password was incorrect. I’ve selected to reset my password several times within the app and never got a single email to reset it. I thought maybe i’d try to reset it through the website directly but even then I received an error pop up. Then i thought maybe i could just create a new account with a different email but it wouldn’t allow me since my phone number is already connected to another account (the one i seemingly cannot get into). This is too much trouble just to get logged in and its disappointing to me as now I don’t want to purchase anything with zumiez knowing I can’t earn points or use any of the points that were in my account that i’ve been locked out of for no reason. Can’t Use the App
I know my email & password, but wouldn’t let me sign in. Fine. Changed my password. Signed in fine on the website and signed in fine for Zumiez Stash on the website as well. Deleted app, redownloaded. Tried to sign in and doesn’t let me still. Everything is correct and up to date, but the app is saying I didn’t enter the correct information. Can’t use the app. Looks like several other users are having the same issue. I wanted to enter the Win Free Shoes for a Year but I guess I can’t now.Show lessElisa Estrada
The login
Zumies is cool I go there all the time to get my pants n shirts it’s my fav store fr but when I try to make a new account some how it tried to say I made another account I clicked and it was a different email I never made it tried to say it was mine and I unstalled it and installed it and tried to sign up again it still doesn’t let me I love this store but they need to fix the sign up and log in stuff because that email is not mineShow lessLofexx
Stash password?
Recently got signed out of my account and when I try to sign back in it asks me for an account password and a stash password. Don’t recall ever making a stash password and can’t seem to be able to change the stash password, only the account password can be changed. Have tried contacting customer support both on the phone and online chat but can’t get the problem resolved.Show lessDHerrer
It was a good app until..
I had used this app before. It worked perfectly fine and I really enjoyed how easy it was to use the features. I stopped using it for a long time and decided to check it out today. I was signed out so I tried to sign in multiple times. I tried to change my password to no avail. Finally, I decided to make a new account. No matter how many times I tried, it would always say, “Error making your mobile account” So, I’m pretty frustrated.. I deleted the app and downloaded it to see if that worked. It was my last option and you can guess what happened :/Show lesshoi._.
