Honestly I love tillys and their selection of clothes, i had so much stuff wishlisted and now it’s just gone, i continuously get logged out of my account for no apparent reason, and i always have to sign in, but even then i haven’t been able to for the last couple of months, I’ve downloaded and redownloaded the app, even trying to reset my password but then again tillys never sends the email that I need. I tried making a new account but that won’t even work, i’ve had problems loading things on the app despite my iphone being new, so I’m sure it’s the app itself.Show lessFernando Luis Reyes
App problematic and not a finished product
So many issues with app. “Back to too” button is large and at top of screen in the way. Shop categories names are all cutoff on iphone 13pro and other devices. Poor user experience and design. Too many products and bad layout to show them causing endless scrolling. Classic bad app design and execution problems. Developer needs to be fired and another company hired to make this thing even salvagable but should scrap it and make a new app design altogether. I say these things as a developer.Show lesstech9042
Glitches
It’s so annoying trying to shop on this app. I’ve had this problem with the app for years where I’ll be on it and all of a sudden it logs me out and will not let me log back in, then after a day or so it’ll work again till it happens again. Everything deletes from my cart and can’t save anything due to it constantly logging me out and telling me I can’t log back in. You would think they would have fixed this problem by now.Show lessBarter126
