Does not work
iPhone 12 user, this app does not function properly. You can’t open any of the options listed when you select account page. Nothing opens to view account, points balance, or to even register the account. It is not personalised in any way and even trying to select own store with location doesn’t work and stays as the default ‘Basildon’ branch. The ‘home’ page is the only section that works - but it’s just the Claire’s webpage which can be accessed via web. The app was useless to me.Show lessRubbish!
Trying to join the c club, already have an account to shop online. The buttons to join in the website do nothing when clicked and so as a last ditch attempt I have downloaded the app which is even worse than the website. Can’t log into my account as the buttons do nothing either. Does Claire’s have an online team? Why isn’t this being looked at as a matter of urgency? It completely puts me off bothering purchasing and am sure other customers will go elsewhere too.Show lessClunky and inefficient
This app is off to a decent start but there are so many things that could be better. First of all, there’s a pop up every 5 seconds and that gets really annoying. It’s slow and takes forever to load anything. There’s no back arrow when searching so if you click on something but then want to go back and look at what you were looking at before, you can’t, you have to start the whole search over again. The cart should be easily accessible but you have to click through a lot of things to get there. Same with your wishlist. It’s really hard to access your wishlist and the option to add something to your wishlist is also hard to find. Also, there’s no option to delete your account, which I tried to do but can’t figure out how. Other than that the app is fine, but as it is now it’s really annoying to use and they might as well not have an app at all because using it makes me never want to shop at Claire’s again.Show less
