Unreliable Function
Constantly logs you out and cites “Mismatched Token.” This is with “Remember Me” enabled.
Can’t return to search upon selecting an item page to look at. The search has to start over.
As of now, not a single payment (Card, Apple, Klarna…) method goes through, and the site/app just redirects you to your cart. I had lost several important items in my cart hours ago due to payment failure, wherein several of said important items that I’ve been waiting for the chance to purchase went out of stock.
Last week, I had another set of items in my cart to take advantage of the discount. I suddenly lost access to my cart despite being logged in, resulting in customer service contact resolution coming days later and the discount expiring. I requested some discount to match this, but they apparently aren’t allowed to give any.
The promised C-Club “free gift” doesn’t exist. I’ve tried contacting stores around my area and they have no clue either.
I had an item that broke upon opening. With the receipt, I contacted the customer service email. It took customer service over the course of 1-1.5 weeks just for them to instruct me to ‘Contact my store.’ SHEIN and Temu service agents are much more timely, replying within a few minutes or 2 days.
Just… let me buy the items I want at the price I can afford… Hire a site designer who can fix the site, hire a developer who can fix the app…
