Good in theory
This game is good in theory. It’s a pretty simplistic game that requires a bit of strategy. As a huge fan of both Assassin’s Creed and strategy games, I was pretty excited to find this. I took a look and saw that you were able to recruit characters like Altair and Bayak and that made me even more excited. This game has been out for a few years now so I’m a bit surprised it took me so long to find it. All that said, there’s a reason I’m only giving 3 stars despite raving about it so much: a game this old and this simplistic has no business setting my phone on fire and crashing it as often as it does. My phone isn’t exactly the newest on the market but it’s still an iPhone X. There is absolutely no reason I should be struggling to run a game this small and simple. And this is a MAJOR issue that desperately needs fixing. Add a way to lower graphic quality (which is already super low imo), slap on a low power mode, something. Anything! I shouldn’t be able to run games like League of Legends easier than I can run this.Show lessDeveloper Response
Hello Thalacar! Thank you for giving ACR a try and for your constructive feedback. A lot is still in the works and we take players' feedback to heart when it comes to planning for the future. Thanks!Needs Extreme Fixes on IOS
Not sure if this happens for everyone, but on iPhone (latest version installed) it does not load the Brotherhood Heroes roster, the Animus Store does not have a back button, I have two Assassins stuck, one on the Treasury and the other in the Intel room making them impossible for me to use them on missions. I can’t train anyone or do anything other than move the rooms.
In missions (keep in mind that it’s in all of them) I can’t see the little avatars of my assassins at the top left that tell me their health. And I can’t see or edit my hero selection because it doesn’t load. It is not my internet connection seeing as I’m connected to a strong Wi-Fi, and as a way to prove it, I connected to my 5G data.. still the same thing alongside an annoying game pop up that says that I can’t watch a video when I’m not even doing anything.
The few hours that I’ve played have been good, until all of this started to happen. Please fix it.Show lessSo close, yet so far
I don’t really have any problems for the game itself, but I do have problems for the animations in the game. For example, while forging weapons, it looks like there is a bug that could cause the animation to screw up, making the hammer face backwards, so it looks like it’s being pounded with the person’s elbow. And even when that doesn’t happen, the hammer doesn’t actually even hit the anvil, but stops on the air above it. I think that for that, the animation should start with the character hitting a piece of the material that is used, and it begins to make shape. As for the resource gathering animation, I’ve noticed that the second the chest is opened, a bag appears a few inches away from the assassins left hand, which moves with it until the bag is actually grabbed from the chest. I find that rather anoyying. And then the animations for creating other stuff (like armour and medicine,) could use some work.
Whole new topic here. I think something that would really be cool is a sequel to this game, where you get to customize your own assasian, (looks, weapon/armour preference, role, etc,) and essentially play the original game, but from the assasian point of view. Start off alone, then join a “creed” or something. Make your own weapons, armour, and stuff. You’ll get money and resources from doing missions.Show less
