They banned me from the app
“ Your Vault account was frozen due to prolonged inactivity for over six (6) months. You should have received an email about this. Unfortunately, your account will remain frozen and will be closed in November of 2023. Because of this your Veryable account was suspended as you cannot attend Ops and receive payout without a Vault account. This was a decision that was brought about by our banking partner for all inactive accounts and this decision is final. With that being said, you will be unable to work through the Veryable platform moving forward, as Vault is the only accepted payment method. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause. We wish you well in all of your future endeavors!”

No real customer service for Employees

We do understand that emergencies and accidents do happen but without the proper communication, this can cause a suspension and possibly a dispute from the business. We do not have any oversight in how the business rates you since it is based on your performance at the Op.

We appreciate your feedback on the app! The bidding process is exactly that - a process. It may take a little while before you are chosen to work your first Op, so Bidding consistency will be key. We can only give suggestions on how to get accepted as Veryable does not create job descriptions, posts or make selections. Our Ops Coordinators are available from 8 AM to 5 PM on weekdays; If you are reaching out outside of these business hours, we will get back to you the following business day via the phone number or email listed in your account. Please reach out to support if you have any other questions!
App has great potential!!
It would be nice if we were able to save a specific search and to get notifications on just that search, instead of getting notifications on every job that’s posted. It would definitely cut back on how many times I get notifications and how many times I’m picking up my phone and looking only time find that it’s not something I’m looking for.

Steal your information like ssn and facebook password

We do not engage in any form of information theft, as all data is entered by our users after agreeing to our terms of service. Furthermore, we understand that using a third-party login such as Facebook may raise concerns, but please rest assured that we only receive the information that you allow Facebook to transmit to us, which does not include password information. It is important to note that our staff does not have access to passwords, nor do they have the ability to update or change them for our users. Regarding Vault, we strive to be transparent with our users about any fees associated with transactions made through our platform. As explained in our FAQ section, there are fees associated with Apple Cash transactions and when using out-of-network ATMs. We hope this information helps clarify any misunderstandings, and please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any further questions or concerns with Vault at vaultsupport@veryableops.com
