If you are already in a store, and have a completely open schedule and the time, prepare to spend twice the amount of time the app predicts it will take for so many different reasons. You may need wait to introduce yourself a manager to start your visit, hand them a vendor reorder sheet, talk about performance of a product, ask where overstock is, etc, all that stuff. It’s fine for a couple of random bucks, but minute-for-minute, it’s not fair compensation. The only good paying gigs is when a project is late to be completed and they offer more money to do them. Then the projects that require a new reset done by yourself, those often require reading 30 pages or more of directions at home in order to do them correctly, or understand the assignment nuances (because every store is set up differently) and that time is not compensated. And then, possibly a return visit. There is a learning curve with every project. Best of luck. There are a lot of merchandising companies that can offer in the range of $18-24/hour, and regular work, higher paying usually requires paid travel and hotels and food per diem. The benefit of this app is that the schedule is flexible- meaning you accept the ones that fit your schedule.

Thank you for your detailed review! We appreciate your insights on the challenges and time involved in some tasks. We understand that the app's estimated time may not always align with the actual time spent on-site, especially with additional responsibilities like introductions, product discussions, and resets. We value your feedback on compensation, and we're continuously working to improve how we support our users. We’re glad to hear that flexibility is a key benefit for you and hope the app continues to fit well with your schedule. Best of luck!
