Companies select operators and make payment adjustments not Veryable. It may be that you did not show up to the Op or that the Op wasn't completed due to the dispute. Businesses reserve the right to dispute payments for their Operators. If you have a question about a dispute, please feel free to reach out to your local operations
This app is really not for people that look like me.

Hi there all suspensions are indefinite and can be disputed through the reinstatement process and you can reach out to you OC using the Support feature on the app. It is quite possible your OC has reached out to you using the email or phone number listed on you profile so please take a deeper look. Suspensions are solely doled out when there is an attendance issue, behavioral issue, or if an operator attempts to make a secondary account. Secondly, the statement “The jobs can rate you whatever they want even if you never bidded on the opp.” is false and impossible. Companies are only allowed to rate operators after the OP is completed and the option become available. Lastly (and most importantly), Veryable does not allow prejudice of any kind and companies have no way of knowing a persons, gender, race, ethnicity or stating when making selections
Customer service/support is basically nonexistent
I called my bank and they have zero record of any deposit/transaction regarding this missing payment.
What is the most frustrating thing of all, is the fact that I’ve reached out via email, multiple times, I’ve submitted several support tickets, and I even tracked down my local Veryable “support” phone number. I left them several voicemails as well. Over the span of 10 days, I finally received one email saying, please input your bank info in the app. Like….WHAT?

Security Breach & No Support
I have been left with 7+ peoples information, addresses and access to their stuff. The Veryable company refuses to reply to this issue and address a security breach. Be very careful and be aure to send in an email to check your account. They have been notified and refuse to act or resolve this for any parties involved. This is nationwide as the accounts ive been provided access to are in multiple states. Youve been warned.

That doesn't seem right, we take several levels of precaution to ensure everyone's information is secure. We don't have any support tickets or an account with the information you provided. Please put in a support ticket if you truly have an issue.

Hello Will! We do have a policy about no shows, just as any company would. When you commit to being on an Op and break that commitment, the necessary consequence is account suspension. I understand that you are frustrated about your account being suspended, but we certainly are not treating people unfairly.
